Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.): Been a Moderator or Upper Level staff members for a couple of dead smaller servers ranging from Star Wars to Halo RP.
How active will you be on the server? Already am very active due to my position in the Spartan Program
Days,Hours Of Availability: Varies due to my law enforcement career so it is rather hard to pin down a solid number. though hours wise I'm on server for about 25 ish hours a week.
Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
Several years of DM experience on varying table top RP systems has developed needed skills for GM to have. First of which is organization and planning. Being a DM requires you to not only build the background to worlds and events taking place in them but also planning around the largest x factor of all RP, players. Applications of real organization structure and operations into events. By applying my knowledge from college in Counter-Terrorism ,and the associated materials, I can build believable military events where head characters aren't doing all the things, instead they will use their people, tools, and their knowledge to perform their actions in immersive/realistic manner. Finally I have a large depth of knowledge of Halo that can help bring fresh ideas, vs the recent insert my fan fiction of two universes combining that has recently been happening on the server, instead providing something that feels like Halo and the universe these people wanted to join and RP in.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I plan to bring events that arn't just lets shoot up some random NPCs and talk about god level entities. Integrating actual military type missions such as intel gathering, proper recon, ship born operations, and a multitude of other events. By doing this everyone on the server will get a military feel of being in their groups and allow them to immerse themselves further in the server.

Ignis III has been under attack by a Covenant Splinter group. Initial scans are showing us that they are currently conducting a sweep and clear of the human settled planet wiping out any forces in their way. Though we believe they are doing this to clear out and create a staging area on the planet to refuel, rearm, and retrofit their ships on planet.
ONI has sent over initial Intel reports and have developed a small list of High Priority targets for capture and/or elimination by our forces. These forces are broken up based on a deck of cards and the 4 houses in said cards. We believe those in the Hearts category are conducting the offensives on the planets residence and are designated as our first priority. The others Houses of Cards are available but we are still building Intel around them. We are hoping that operations in the zone will provide us Intel or bring out certain members for us to identify and add to the model.
Forces throughout the duration of Operation Siren Song, will be tasked with a variety of missions though we will have to establish a initial beachhead, thus creating a front line for use to stall hostile forces allowing refugees to escape the combat zone. Status of GreenFor operators are unknown as we have no record of URF or Local Planet forces conducting hostile actions on the planet. Lastly Forces are asked to report any sightings of Cyclops class anti vehicle units as a the factory producing them has gone dark.
Did any current Gamemaker refer you to apply? If so who?
None though I was inspired to join after recent events were rather subpar and I would like to add my experience in.
I Cipher Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that i will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, Cipher, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I, Cipher , Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them.And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's.And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if i Cipher am found in violation of the rules i swore to uphold, and of this contract that i can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
