Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
I am a better candidate than others because; I am a nice guy that feels obligated to help, I take Initiative for my actions even if they were wrong, I know most of the game maker staff and generally respect all staff regardless of rank, I am open to new ideas and let people fix or improve on my ideas even if i do not like there ideas, I am willing to help with events made by GM's i do not know. that is why I think you should choose me over other candidates.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I plan on benefiting the server by making fun and exciting events, I would do this by letting every faction do what there supposed to do. giving everyone their own objective would be hard to manage, but teaming groups aka ONI, Spartans, and ODSTs to do there own objective but still with support from other groups would benefit the event. this could make events more fun, but having a constant force attacking will make an event less boring.
I also plan on helping the players as much as i can, it might get annoying at times but it has to be done.

Map: Fork
UNSCs will have to destroy 2 mac cannons stopping airforce from bombing a URF base. they will be given info about where the mac cannons are, they will not be told about; amount of enemies, hostile vehicles, or base layout. They will have to send in players to scout the area before making a plan.
Hostiles will have 2 pelicans (props) and 3 hornets (URF Pilot lives). UNSC will need formulate their own plan to take on the enemies baist on there intel. Army will get jump packs (but do not gent them if they respawn), ODSTs could drop depends on their plan, Airforce will get 1 falcon and 2 hornets. ONI will go on a separate mission to uncover data from an old missile silo currently occupied by URF.
The event ends when the MAC cannons are destroyed allowing the UNSCAF to bomb the URF base in the area. ONI will find a URF commander in the silo they can choose to take him for questioning, or just kill him. If they choose to take him URF forces will start to grow and become more aggressive. When mission ends there will be a normal Pelican evac, ONI will get a pelican to escort the hostage if they took him.
I Cyramic, Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that i will not noclip/abuse my powers.

I, Cyramic, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them.And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's.And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if i Cyramic am found in violation of the rules i swore to uphold, and of this contract that i can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
