So I guess there was no way to cancel the second tier 1 donation and it turned out to not be that big of a deal. Since I donated twice for tier 1 do I get tier 2 then? Also how do I get the donation ranks? Do I have to go to support on the teamspeak?

Lee already stated in your first post that you can get tier 2 for the second donation accident.
