Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): So first thing first I'm from Australia and have lived there all my life and I was born in NSW and imaged 20. I love to play to RP sever such as his one due to the fact I love how serious the server is how much lore there is and last but not least I'm phonically dyslexic. so what phonically dyslexic is where I can't put sounds together in my head or read or write like everyone elec so if my app doesn't have right spelling or grammar I'm sorry.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)):
I have had a lot of experience when it comes to staffing various servers, not only on Garry’s Mod but even games like Arma 3. Sacrificing personal playtime isn’t much of a big deal to me, and over the years I have been staff on servers such as; Event Master for Colossal Gaming Military RP – I would create events for players to enjoy and make up various scenarios that would challenge players thinking. Moderator for Colossal Gaming Military RP – Would generally do little sits and basic moderation of the server, from talking to players abusing things as well as help players around the server. Admin for Colossal Gaming Star Wars RP – I would to train some of the staff team and would issue bans/kicks when required. Would also deal with more complicated situations as well as create events for players to enjoy. Moderator for Ozzy Gaming (Arma 3) Support for Project Life (Arma 3) (This role just meant I would interview people who wanted to join the community, as well as accepting and declining people) I left these servers for essentially two different reasons; because the community was dying/server shutdown, and also because I dedicated so much time for the servers over the years but all my ideas would get shut down and thrown out the window and last not least I was an admin on this server 3 months back but I left due the IRL reason back I'm back now.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am a mature person and can handle situations well. I have the time to dedicate to the job and can assure you that I will always be professional at what I do. I am dedicated to the community and believe I can communicate well with others and I would make sure everyone is been helped and not waiting forever for an admin to help.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I would like to be Staff to assist the community and help anyone, in any way that I can. I have a lot of time dedicated to the community and believe I have what it takes to do the job. I am not biased with friends or anything, and if a situation needs to be addressed I will have no problem doing so. you can always find me on TeamSpeak due to the fact that it is difficult to game and work at the same time. So I am always there to do what I need to do on TeamSpeak and in the forums. I will be dedicated to the job 100%, and I have a good understanding how an event is run and I have done a few admin calls like players rdming when there are no staff online from players solo raiding, thanks
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): So the reason you should pick me is cause I'm on the times when the staff like to get off and in those time there always players who need to be whitelisted and there sometimes players killing each other out and players also being minges and so on

The First thing I would do is tp him or her away from everyone than jail him so he or she can't kill anyone. after doing that I would ask him why he started to RDM players and tell him that it against the server rules to shoot your team or a tail without a reason and then give him a permaban due to the fact he killed 35 players with it mass rdm and due to the fact I have talked to him before.

OOC: Means out of character witch means any thing they say can not be used in Character
IC: Mean in Character is where anything you say can affect by how you act or say
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): So what I would do is ask them not to fight over comms or OOC and try to help sort out the problem and if they don't stop kick them from the server.
