Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): Im a 10th grade student in high school and parents will not allowed me to be online unless all my school work is complete, if so I can be on. Also I have my grandparents living with me and do house chores for them but it won't be too long.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I live in a town in Ontario and have a stable life. In Saturdays I have volunteer hours that last an hour and 15 minutes. If am not in the server, I could be playing other games, watching Netflix or going out with family. If am going to be out for a few days then I'll post a LOA. And sometimes I go out and play airsoft sometimes. Most of the time if I got nothing to do, then am usually board. And very often am quiet person.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): I been on the server for 8 months and 1 day.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): The other server I been through is a starwar rp server called Synergy Roleplay. I've been playing that for over a year and its pretty interesting. The problems in the server is that you can get perm weapons by using in game money but the price is surprisingly very high and the stat system is not that good.

How will your activity be on the server? Atleast 4 hours and a half
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I may not be on for 1 day or 2 because of some important project or a exam and some maybe personal business. But I'll let someone know that I won't be on a specific day.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I'll pay close attention to the chat in game and roam around inside the base just in case for anyone that is inappropriate. If so I'll being them somewhere that no one will interfere unless its another staff member. While having a discussion to the inappropriate player, I'll give them a warning not to do it again, then drop them where he was last at. If I get staff ticket then I'll respond there and check what their needs. Also making sure that players are having a good time.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I can help GMs in events with spawning vehicles for naval, spawn NPCs in events or training. Help a tryout that is going on by supplying props, ammo, set health and armor. If someone needs help to get unstuck (people going in doors at the same time and stuck into each other). And make sure no one failrp in game and making sure somethings are OOC.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others because, were all players in this server. Like am sure we had the same experienced when we first got onto this server. At first its not very eventful but when we come on more often and maybe have pretty good times. I want those that join have a good time and being in the server is not a waste of time.

1. Freeze: Freezes the player in place, unable to turn and take out any weapons.

4.TP: Able to goto other players, where ever they are

I'll return them where their last spot and keep a eye on them. If I get another staff ticket about the same player, I'll kick him for minging and not here to rp.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: A player done something that is out of halo universe or cannon. Or having a single conversation about it.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If I get staff ticket about FailRP, I'll bring that player somewhere isolated in the map and have a discussion about it and give them a warning not to speak of it. If I caught the player doing it again, I'll ban them for FailRP and not here to RP.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would TP to him and move him away to the person that hes provoking. I'll freeze him and make sure he doesn't run towards the player he was provoking. I'll give him a warnings to prevent it from happening again. If he continues he'll be kicked for trolling. If he comes back and continues to troll, I'll ban him.

OOC: Out of Character is that you talk about stuff but your character is not say it. For example, say like you had a good lunch when you say that in OOC, your character would not talk at all.
IC: In Character is that whatever you do it effects in game. You say we have enemies infiltrated the base. All the players will acknowledge it. Any action you do In Character will affect other characters around you.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If 2 players started fighting something OOC but turning into IC and if they started to get a bit more heated. Such as pointing weapons at each other or using climb swep on each other. I'll step in and separate them and talk to them and give them warnings making sure this wouldn't happen again. If this continues I'll Kick both of them for brining OOC into IC.
