Feeling Unwanted and Hated here ~

All of you know me, no introduction needed.

As of recent since the original idea of becoming the RRP Manager (Racism Roleplay) up until now and most likely in the future I have constantly been getting bashed on. Even to the points of being threatened.


I doubt this has much to do with the prior event but other staff on many servers I'm friends with, seem to see the whole "Community" idea as a race between servers. Being cocky and harassing and making fun of servers that the staff team pour their fucking hearts into. It's not right; if I was a staff and I heard one of my colleagues doing that to another server I would report them.

The most recent bashing on has seemed to ruined my image upon this community. I have been here since September and contributed so much in my eyes since I joined. But since the "Great Split" staff teams are attacking each other for who has the better server this somehow through rumors ended up getting directed towards me.

For the past 2 months or so I have been constantly being pushed to my limits by others. To the point of wanting to throw my hands up in the air, walk out of the room and not return permanently. I personally feel hates here because of the rumors people have started. I will not mention names, but some of the incidents are "Mingeing on our server - Demote him" when I haven't touched the server in over a month. Or "He's talking to my friends and staff I consider it stalking - Demote him!" I am utterly fucking sick of it. Therefore I am taking a fucking loa until everybody is back together and reorganized.

And for you people who think this is an edgy attention post it's not. I'm speaking my mind.

Love the community and always will. This isn't a hate post towards it. Just what I have noticed. And personal things happening towards me. I have even been threatened to be DDossed, Hacked , Doxxed , and more. And I am getting overwhelming hate for some unknown reason, and constant bullying of various forms. Previously being bullied I find this ridiculous. And the fact that Entire staff teams turning on me when I don't even talk to them or know them.

This is one of the reasons I resigned I feel like every staff member is out to get each other. People making false rumors about other staff members and trying to get those members demoted. Also Kiwi you're dank af I don't know what the other members are telling you.

Lol, but seriously if it's become this much of an issue then you need to take it to higher ups. I put in minimal effort in the community, but the issues you brought up are a huge problem community-wide.

Look, you are not a bad guy, nor a bad staff member, I've seen you in alot of positions, such as when you were my head-admin, as much as I meme you, I truely did value you and your input, and nothing can change that. When you were manager of Imperial and First Order, I heard that you were the only one playing on it after a while and the only one doing things for it, some say that's depressing, but to me, it's quite inspiring, a manager who didnt want to give up on his server, who tried his best to get players on and actually do something great for the server.

In the end, I believe you are just trying your best to do things and make the server better, which is something no one can be mad at.​

I'm gonna say this one last thing before I exit this thread, because honestly I can't relate to it so my input here is less credible then other people who "feel" this way.

Everything that happens to people in life, are based on the decisions, and actions that those people make/take.

Is it a community issue? Possibly. Is it 80% of the persons fault? Possibly. No one knows.

.....Well honestly I am very deeply upset to hear that some of the team and others might be mistreating your hard work and dedication to the players as you are a great staff member and a friend to this community. We have talked about this before trying to put aside all our differences for the betterment of the server and its players but seems "silly drama" is ruining all that we are working towards and most importantly, ruining your fun experience here staffing on the ZMRP server as well as the community. For all your hard work and your good GM events as the head admin I am very grateful for having someone as inspiring as you on my team man. But look here is the deal alot of those "issues" come from not compromising with the team and others in some cases other times it's just simple mistakes that drag everyone down sadly. I truly believe you have the awesome potential of being exploratory staff but the mistakes is what's been getting the ZMRP team down and they are very upset as well that thier is no improvements with moving past the "Silly Stuff" that seems to be plaguing so many in the community. So with all that said man when you were put on my team I found you to be a incredible game maker and I did not know your past at all, nor did I let dumb rumors get in the way of having you as staff but still are but the drama is getting to all of us lately and I am guessing it could be a community issue sadly. Hopefully we outgrow this all but remember continue your fantic efforts I love to see and I know we can work through this together as a team and a community overall, thank you

It will only be a short loa , but this post isn't targeting any servers or anything in particular. It's just what I've experienced and noticed for the past 2 months of this all, from the threats , to the extremely hostile staff teams from server to server. I've even seen some people that have a great server complain that it is dead when they had 50+ people online. And being detonated as you can see other say above to a server is something I haven't seen much of anywhere anymore. People going through power strives and becoming power hungry or hateful.
