Most days, availability depends on what my work schedule looks like. On days where I dont have to work the next, I'm usually up until the server resets. I know for sure that I cant be up late on Sundays or Tuesdays, though.
Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words)
Despite having no experience in staffing, I pick things up quickly and I am dedicated to any assignment given to me. My availability also leaves me free to play during the night pretty often, and so if there's nothing going on I'd definitely help to keep everyone n the server happy and entertained. I have a lot of experience using Gmod itself, having played it off and on since middle school. I am very familiar with the tools and UI of the game. I also have a lot of experience with roleplaying and coming up with scenarios. I would also try my best to keep my events javelin-free.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words)
As I have said above, my usual availability will leave me free to be on the server during the night, and so I would do my best to keep players entertained on the server. If I see that there are no GM's or that there are a lot of marines just staring at each other inside HQ, I would be happy to give them something to shoot at, whether it be an event or just a little combat sim in the CQB.

!jail (player) (time): Jails a player for X time in seconds
!return (player): Returns a player to their previous position after using !bring
!freeze (player): Freezes a player into place
What is In character and what is Out of character?
In Character means that your character is speaking or acting as they should withing the roleplay; voice chat is almost always considered in character. Out of character (OOC) has nothing to do with the roleplay.
Are you willing to work with a Game Maker Team?
Of course! I would prefer to work with a team, I need SOMEONE to show me the ropes...
What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
The purpose of a GM is to create and run events for the other players on the server to participate in. Its in the name GAME MAKER. Without gm's, there would be nothing to do.
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs )
The event starts when ONI receives a strange, garbled transmission from an unknown source, located within the orbit of the planet. After a few minutes to let everyone at beta try and figure out what the hell was going on, a Halcyon-class cruiser breaks into the atmosphere. As soon as it does, the ship sends out waves of assaulting pelicans, whose purpose is to land ground troops outside of Beta, HQ, and SoS/HoJ. While all forces are distracted by defending their own bases, the cruiser itself hastily lands just next to forerunner on the ice before starting to deploy troops to secure the structure. At a first glance, these troops seem to be NRF, but event characters in comms will establish that they are not NRF, but rather a sect of zealous humans who believe that the great journey is in fact true. After a few minutes of fighting it will be revealed to ONI that these humans are not lead by a commander, but rather a rampant AI that calls themselves "The Prophet of Sight", who is hellbent on using the forerunner structure to find the location of the nearest Halo installation.
Soon after the enemy forces have landed and started their assault, a powerful jamming signal will block all server-wide comms, leaving only local chat as a method of communication. Throughout the event, steady waves of enemies will be put on HQ and SoS, which would leave the personnel at beta free to move in on forerunner once the hostiles near their base had been neutralized. While ONI/freelancers are busy assaulting the forces at forerunner, a small but well-defended enemy FOB will be placed on the ice NW of charlie, and it will be revealed that this location is the source of the powerful jamming signal via a broken, weak transmission from a UNSC friendly event character. Both UNSC and SoS/HoJ will be tasked with moving on the enemy FOB and disabling the jamming signal.
Depending on how everyone on the server performs, the AI will either be successful in discovering the location of the ring and leave, prompting an off-world event or will will bitterly leave, abandoning the frigate and all of the people that it had brought to the the AO. In the event of the latter, the core on the frigate will be set to overload, giving the EOD's and Engineers on the server 10 minutes to either get to the ship and stabilize the core, or else it will go critical and potentially kill everyone within the AO.
I, Ferrochrome, Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on I will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that I will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, Ferrochrome, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I,Ferrochrome, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's. And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I, Ferrochrome, am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that i can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from re-applying, along with any other consequences that are deemed necessary.
