Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): I am an EMT and Firefighter so there me be times when I have to leave suddenly to respond to calls. There are also sometimes when I am on duty and at my squad building of Fire Department and won't be able to get on the server. I am also a Highschool senior so...yea, there's that too.

Well, I am a 17 year old senior in Highschool up in Jersey. As mentioned before, I am an EMT-B and a Firefighter in my town so I dedicate a lot of my time to those two activities. I will be attending Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh NY to study Nursing. My plan in life is to eventually be come a Mobile Intensive Care Nurse, and eventually a Flight Nurse. I am also the Chief of my Towns Police Explorer Post, which is where my love of public service stemmed from. I am a very friendly person who has normally has no problems with people. I can be quiet or pretty vocal, depending on the situation and am not afraid to take command of a situation. Video game wise, I have 3,069 hours in Garry's mod and have staffed on several servers prior to coming to Revival.

I started my staffing experience on Garry's Mod with a community called Debonair Newtorks. They ran a DarkRP server where I became a Moderator. I believe they had ULX, but transferred to Server Guard. After the community unfortunately died, I found Starwars RP with a community called AfterShock Gaming(Experienced several interactions with Zuthar13). I ended up staffing on their Halo Server where I eventually became a Super Admin. I remained on that server for over a year, and staffed as a Super Admin for over a year. We used ULX on that server as well(I think Server Guard was used as well, but I cannot remember). I was also the Community's Head Forum Admin for over a year and used a multitude of administration systems as the community progressed. AfterShock eventually became Axiom, and then Endless Gaming, where the community died. I witnessed and experienced many different changed in power for that Halo server and the community itself, but I still remained loyal to that one server and remained as a Super Admin, even when its population was low.

How will your activity be on the server? I will be active on the weekends and weekdays, normally in the evenings as during the day is when I have to work or be on duty.

Weekdays are difficult due to school, but I graduate(FINALLY!) on June 22nd so the summer will being more availability. But If I am busy during the day, the evening hours will be the time period when I will be active. If am need to take a LOA for whatever reason, I will be sure to let someone know.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):
I am a better candidate due to my experience of over a year as a Super Admin in a different community. This experience has shown me the ups and downs of having to be a staff member and has given me the necessary experience in ULX to be able to continue staffing on other servers. I can interact with all people in a mature and friendly manner, and will remain mature even when faced with those who are not. I can efficiently receive orders, and carry them as directed. I also know my own limits, so I will ask for assistance in any situation where I cannot deal with something myself or is out of my scope of knowledge or training.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
As I mentioned Before, my prior experience as a staff member will allow me to benefit the server as I already know how to handle myself in staff sits and situations where minging and RDM can happen. My experience as an EMT and Firefighter will allow me to provide reliable information to other people on the server and further enhance the Roleplay aspect of the server, due to my position as a CMEDO. As I further progress up the chain of command of staff, hopefully, I will be able to gain the ability to spawn in certain props or ragdolls to further enhance the MedRP experience for people on the server. I hope to also become a Doctor on the server to increase my role in MedRP in the server.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I stand out from others due to my IRL experience, as I previously stated. Dealing with sick and injured patients has taught me how to be compassionate, but firm with what I need. I also have a heightened level of patience as I tend to deal with those who are hard of hearing, and are in the geriatric population. I also have the ability to react quickly as the job as an EMT requires me to react fast, in a calm manner, and while under great stress. I also am a believer in second chances as I would be willing to give a chance for a person to redeem themselves or shape up if the offence is not too big. If a dispute between two parties occurs, I am a great neutral force that will act in a fair and proper manner and hand out punishment based on facts and evidence.

Minging is essentially being a nuisance to the playerbase and to the server by causing problems that could have easily been avoided if the action had not been done.

For example, if someone spawned in a destructible object such as a watermelon or glass bottle that could break by being thrown. This could also go for breaking props that are being used in an RP situation. If seen or reported, I would give a verbal warning unless the situation has gotten to the point of prop spam or has continued to commit the act; that is when I would issue a kick.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
Fail Roleplay is when something is done during the course of a Roleplay Situation that should't happen due to the party using knowledge obtained via OOC chat or another source such as TS. Or it can be described as performing an action that is out of the limits of you character.

Depending on the severity, a warning of a Kick will be issued. For example, If someone is utilizing info that was posted in OOC chat, and is talking about via Voice Chat, I would verbally warn the person and if the info that was discussed was important enough, a kick could be issued. A ban would be issued if the FailRP resulted in a complete collapse of the Roleplay experience such as a mass amount of death; or as the Baseline states, if ERP occurred.

Trolling is essentially disrupting the flow of Roleplay for no other reason except to cause problems. This can be achieved by acting in an immature way and overreacting to certain situations. The use of Voice Chat would be one way to troll in the server, as mic spam is one possible offence.

If a person was caught trolling or a report was received for trolling, I would confront the suspect or watch the person via cloak and noclip to witness the acts myself before taking action. If the person truly was a troll, a warning would fall on deaf ears, so I would more than likely go straight for a kick. If the person returns, and continues, a ban would be issued.

IC: In Character, is the communication of knowledge or discussion while IN character. This would include topics as to what is currently happening in the game at that time, missions that people have been on, or anything that is relevant in that time period. For example, people could be talking about a mission they just went on and they are going over the details via local chat or via voice chat.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If the argument escalated to be in character, they both would be brought to a secluded location to allow Roleplay to continue, and to be warned to stop the conversation as it is breaking Roleplay. I would bring the suspects to different areas of the map to try and deescalate the situation. I would follow the one of the two to ensure that the argument would not continue. If it does continue, both will be kicked for Fail Roleplay. I would offer a suggestion to take the argument into Teamspeak in an OOC channel, or to steam chat.
