My online alias is Noble. I have been into roleplay for about 5 years, starting on ROBLOX and moving to GMOD. I work a part-time job as a Court Monitor at an Altitude Trampoline Park. There I deal with little kids, older kids, adults, etc breaking the rules all the time. I try to have a sense of humor while being serious at the same time. I try to be helpful when I can and if someone asks about something or for something, I usually help them out / point them in the right direction. I understand that there are times for fun and jokes and time for seriousness and I am pretty good at switching between the two modes.

Today is actually my fifth day on the server. I have about 79 hours in game (3+ days).

I have very little experience with staffing. The only staff experience I have was on a few very small Star WarsRP servers and a DarkRP server, but it isn't worth mentioning really. I do learn fast and will get down different commands and such as soon as I am told them.

I will be very active on the server. Most of my time during the day, if I am not working, is spent on the server currently.

I can for sure be active every day past 8:00 PM EST. But, will be active before those times most likely as well each and every day.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):
I believe I am a better candidate than other candidates because of my outstanding activity, determination to become a trial moderator, and my ability to assess different situations and figure out solutions for them. As I said before, I try to be on the server as much as I can and participate in the roleplay on the server and the roleplay events. I am determined to become a trial moderator because I like helping people out and personally, and others will probably agree, I get annoyed by the rule breakers who ruin the roleplay experience on the server. Lastly, I addressed my ability to assess different situations and figure out solutions for them. In real life I have a problem where I overthink different things and I think that ability is perfect for a moderator on a garry's mod server. This is in my opinion of course those.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I plan to benefit the server by putting in the effort to do my job as a staff member. The server will benefit with more good, active staff members who are determined to help people and clean out the server of rule breakers. That will make the roleplay experience a lot better. I also plan on doing some advertisement to my friends who have garry's mod and seeing if they would like to join the server. I wish for the community to only grow in numbers.

I stand out from others because I am always on the server trying to help out by making sure everyone is following the server rules and rp rules, especially the marines. If I see a marine with let's say the wrong body group, I help them out to fix it. If I see anything wrong, I try to address it and do something to help resolve the problem. I don't know if this is the proper place for this note, but a few staff members also wanted me as trial moderator.

A player would begin disrespecting people on purpose and shooting their gun then running away to try and avoid being caught. MP take them to the Security Station. Time goes by and they are released. They keep doing disrespecting people and shooting their gun then running away after being released and told not to. I go over and tell them they can't do that and stuff or they will be kicked and under certain circumstances I would kick them right there and then for minging.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRP is when someone does something or knows something that is not probable. This could be knowing something in IC from OOC, which is not probable.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
A player would hear something in OOC and start talking about it in IC and applying it to the roleplay. I would confront them and tell them they can't apply things in OOC into the roleplay.

IC: It means In Character and that is the player in roleplay and players can not FailRP or mess around. Ex. Someone is being ordered by a commanding officer to line up on the wall. The person in character will say "Yes, Sir" and run to the wall.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):
I would warn them and tell them that anything said in Out of Character can not be brought into roleplay/in character. I would tell them if it happens again that they are going to be muted and possibly kicked/banned, depending on the number of offenses.
