Hello, I Am Currently A Sophomore In A Small High School In a Small County of Missouri. I enjoy Swimming, Hunting And Relaxing With Friends Online or IRL. I Enjoy To Be Apart Of Academics in Our School and Improving My Local Community. I Enjoy a Multitude Of Artists Including XXXTENTACION and Imagine Dragons.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum):
I Wish To Assist The Community As I Have Done Before And I Feel Like I Can expand My Own Horizons By Helping The Community In Another Way. I Also Wish To Help The New Servers In Regulating Their Forums As I know They Will Need The Assistance Especially The First Couple Of Weeks.

I Can Bring Experience And A Positive Attitude Along With Much Needed Help In General. I Feel As If I Have The Mediator Qualities To Help The Staff Team In Important Decisions and During Arguments Between Two Users. My Positive Attitude Could Also Give The Users Another Person to Talk To on a Level And Help The Team During Their Tough Times. Along With being Fairly Versatile In What You Need Of Me Allows Me To Help With Anything You Need Of Me!

My Experience of Being A Former Forum Staff Gives Me An Edge On The Other Applicants Due To Me Knowing On How The Staff Team Operates and The Functions Of The Forums. I Already Know How To Handle Reports And Everything That Comes With Forum Staff! I Am Also Active On The Forums Which Would Help The Activity Of The Forum Staff During The Down Times Of School. I Also Strive To Be The Best At Anything I Work For and/or Do.

I would Tell them to take it to the DMs and Take It Out Of The Shoutbox, If They Persist I will Warn them and explain to them that they reflect badly not on just themselves but the Whole Community In General. If They Follow That Path Again It Will Be A Simple 1 Day Ban To Make Sure They Learn To Follow The Rules.

A Simple Verbal Warn For The First Offense Along With Telling Them To Edit Their Post Immediately And If They Don't I Will Take It Down. If They Do It Again A War Will Be Instated On Their Account.

I Would Respectfully Tell Them To Stop As It Is Looking Extremely Bad On The Community Itself Due To Them Being UM. If They Persist I Will Report It To The People Above Both Of Us With Sufficient Evidence.

I Would Immediately Warn Them And Tell Them If They Persist They Will Be Banned From The Forums. I Would Then Go To The Person and Reassure Them That The Person is Being Dealt With And That We As Forum Staff Is Here For Them If Need Be. If The Person Persists I Will Then Ban Them Along With Talking To Them About Breaking Conduct And That It Looks Extremely Bad On Them!
