I'm a serious roleplayer that has been playing for nearly two years now and know just about how all the ins and the outs work within the server. I was a previous staff member at the rank of senior admin and know how to handle a variety of situations that can happen. I am very easy to get along with and am quick to learn if there is anything that I do not already know. I am currently planning on doing a Electrician Apprenticeship next year to better myself and have a stable future for my life.

I feel as I am a better candidate than other players because I am able to think more rationally when there are many players that are conflicting with one another or there is more to a simple action than what is presented when it takes place. I also feel I am a better candidate because I am well known on the server and there won't be an unfamiliar face that is on Duty at anytime and someone that people know they can come to for help with anything they need staff wise or more. I am also quick to react to tickets that get called in, eager to help and resolve problems up to my ability within the server with any current rank I may have within staff.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I plan to benefit the server by being an active staff member that responds to peoples calls and is actually attentive to their needs as there are moments when staff does not react to tickets placed by the players. Also by being someone who will not think too shallow when it comes to dealing with issues among players in the server.

I feel like I stand out from others because I am known among most players who are on the server as someone who is serious and willing to help anyone with a problem that they might have. I also stand out because my knowledge of what goes on inside the server from rules to how different factions operate within it.

Depending on the severity of the current case I would either A. freeze the target player who is causing issues, mainly in cases of RDM or something very similar, or B. I would bring the player to me atop the map and discuss with them and other witnesses what happened. Essentially having an admin sit to find out all sides of the story at hand.

FailRP is the act of breaking the rules of the current roleplay situation that would in any other sense be impossible to pull off.

I would bring the player to me and give them a warning to discontinue their current behavior, should they continue I would increase the punishments on the player up to and including a kick or ban.

I would immediately freeze the target player or jail them to stop their ability to shoot players that are currently trying to have a good time, then I would TP to them and either find out if it was actually accidental (sometimes mice really do mess up), not called as a SIM or if I would need to kick/ban them for having no permissions what so ever to do that.
