I will NOT say I am a "better" candidate I strongly dislike when I am asked why I am "better", I will though tell you how I am a good choice, I am able to adapt and learn quickly if I see something done once and have it explained me, I am also easy to work with, get along well with others and am willing to help when I am needed. I am very cooperative and willing to listen to feedback when it is constructive and not just straight bashing.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I will benefit the server by doing events for factions who don't see many for them specifically. I will also do my best to help other Gms when needed and thus making their events potentially go smoother depending on if they can tell me what I need to do effectively.

nobody, did I wanted to tell stories so I applied on my own volition.
I Garmr Agree and understand that I am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on I will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that I will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, Garmr acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I, Garmr, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them, and to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's,and to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.

Ladies and Gentlemen, We have recently discovered an independent group of anti UNSC militants, named "Firebird", Intel says they are a vast industry spread throughout many, many systems on multiple colonies controlled by URF and UNSC alike. Their greatest asset is that they are so deeply woven into the background it is incredibly difficult to pinpoint bases and facilities they control, or whether they even own any directly. The fine people of the office of naval intelligence have given us a potential lead through a contact within URF.
There will be a meeting ground on the URF controlled planet Zelta three, where there is a URF fortress which is very well guarded, the meeting will be between a URF and Firebird agent where they will trade info and potentially other goods. Your objective is to capture both of them. there will be a massive force with them we suspect and therefore we will need all hands on deck for this, we NEED these agents alive. with that I am going to hand out tasking.
SoS we know for sure that the URF will have a good number of ships we would like to request that we arrive with a detachment of your ships, they won't stand a chance with your superior firepower afterward the ground assault will begin and we can begin deployment of ground troops we also ask that you support the ground forces. Marines, army, you brave and bold souls will be attacking them from the front to draw their attention, NavalA your job will be to provide air cover so the fortresses bomber squads can't just obliterate the front lines, any ground troops you have will be assisting Army and Marines. ODST and Freelancer will be tasked with destroying a supply depot out in the distance to cut off supply lines crippling their forces. MP there may or may not be civilians in the area, your job will be to ensure that they stay out of the AO. AI if there are any available, your job will be to ensure that the URF and Firebirds can't cry out for help, block out all transmissions going in and out once they begin to try. ONI your job will obviously be to grab the URF and Firebird Agents but until then go where you are needed and regroup once the supply line is cut. Spartans, you will be with the main force, but I would like you to be the ones to set up charges through key areas of the fortress to render it fully unusable and unrecoverable. you have your tasking ladies and gentlemen... get to the SoS ships and start this campaign..

Essentially I would do a big enough map where there could be several facilities and one primary fortress, while we set up in the beginning SoS would engage in space combat. While this happens any AI on will work to keep the URF jammed from calling for reinforcements little do they know that URF have counter measures for just such a thing and there will be reinforcements toward the end if there are no AI reinforcements will come sooner before later. once are set up there will be dropships to take the main force to the LZ where the frontal assault will begin, there will then be a few bombers that take off from the fortress where navalA will combat and stop them from dropping bombs on the front lines.
Freelancers will then move toward the supply depot to attack it, ODST will drop near the LZ for a surprise attack, as the main forces attack the front line keeping the front lines busy and distracted, once the supply line is cut the enemy will begin to falter. ONI will regroup and go in with Spartans while everyone else stays outside, SoS will soon after receive an emergency ping within the fortress the signature would be of their own tech or similar. Spartans as they go along should be planting explosives for when the time to demo happens, In addition to the two agents that need to be captured there will also be a single kigyar who is in bad condition. ONI should hand the Kigyar to SoS as they leave the compound. They then Evac and as they do Spartans get to set off the explosives.
Once they return there will be a debrief going over what went well and what did in a perfect world everything above would have went according to plan. Once debrief is dismissed the ONI and SoS will begin their respective interrogations. The URF agent will have nothing other than a name of who authorized the meet up, one Agent named "The Phoenix". The Firebird agent will have intel on who the phoenix is, the leader of firebird, and if they push hard enough the location of a Firebird outpost the next firebird event. The kigyar will turn out to be a covenant turncoat who was captured that firebird had hoped to use for trade with URF for the intel as they were pretty high up in the covenant but not well liked. The interrogation will have been too much for the Kigyar and they will need rest for the time being. ONI and SoS will be able to ask further questions at later dates given they haven't killed their prisoners.
