Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): I am new to the idea of staffing but not new to the idea of enforcing rules and such upon players or handing out punishments.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I play a lot of video games and have some ambitions I want to achieve in the SoS. Right now I don't have much to do RL since I graduated from High School. but that may change in the coming weeks when I obtain work. I like to read lore about different universes and games, Halo, and Warhammer40K are my two most favorite. I play a lot on CvR and CWRP when im not on this server. I also read a far bit of Military history on occasion as a hobby.

For the time being, I am active at random portions of the day. once in a while I will take a day from the Gmod unless something important pops up. but otherwise I tend to be most often on during the afternoon and evening. sometimes I will be on early in the morning if im awake.

for now I am available all throughout the week, excluding important occasions/celebrations which might require me elsewhere. {Christmas, thanksgiving, birthdays, Ect} I also don't know how work will affect my play time, when I obtain it at some point.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I will admit that I may not be as experienced as other candidates. however I have become very fond of Revival Halo RP, and would give all the time I can to ensure that their is some kind of staff available to players to assist them with whatever they might need. As such am willing to learn whatever skills I need to know in order to be able to do this. I wont let any minges go unpunished and I will help ensure that the RP environment is maintained and continues to expand and improve across the server.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): One of the reasons I wish to obtain T mod is to aid in Lessing the work load on fellow staff members. also, while I realize that I would lack the required rank to do this for certain factions. if I am able to obtain senior admin, I wish to aid in matters of recruits requiring whitelist or ranks such as SoS, I also plan on becoming a Gamemaker to improve the experience that everyone has on the server.

I don't consider myself to be a extremely note worthy individual. but If I had to give on thing that I think is a valuable trait. is determination to excel to the best of my abilities at whatever task I am given. I also will try not to be a burden on whoever I am attempting to assist.

Explain what minging is: in its simplest form. minging can be described as a player who has no real intention of actually Roleplaying and seeks to hinder or interfere with other players attempts at Roleplaying in whatever fashion that amuses them the most. Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): if I was for instance, called upon to deal with a individual that was wasting a trainers time as a lot of minges tend to do that, by not following instructions or paying attention. I would follow the rule/punishment guide should their be one for the RS Halo RP Sever. This could mean a possible jail term or a ban depending on the circumstances. However from what I understand a Full PK is not off the table either but is mostly left to player leadership in RP.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Purposely or in some cases, accidently not following RP rules or scenarios as one would if they were actually in a given situation. Not following FearRP is one example, if a player is at a significant disadvantage in a dangerous situation { Being captured by a army URF while Solo } that would likely end in his death, but chooses to resist anyway without a proper RP reason.

If I accepted a ticket that involved a player FailRPing. I would accept it and obtain the steam ID of the offender { In case he attempts to Leave the server }, then take the ticket maker into a sit at a isolated location and drag in possible offenders that he is reporting. after that I would begin to investigate what the actually problem was. in this case, the ticket maker is a Marine CO and the problem was a marine private attempting to steal a ship. I would once more consult the rule/punishment guide and confirm that the player actually attempted to steal the ship by checking logs and asking if their were any other witnesses or evidence could be provided. If a witness could not be obtained I would use whatever information the CO can give me and whatever the PVT was saying/doing during the sit{ Such as how the PVT responded to the accusation and his answers to some questions, Minges tend to come up with random BS to explain themselves } I can get and decide on wither or not to punish the player for FailRP. at this point if I think the evidence/statements I received is sufficient, I would punish the player for FailRP and end the sit, and fill out the needed paperwork.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): if I accepted a ticket and started a sit with SoS elite Major that claimed a UNSCMC PVT killed him as soon as he entered the base. I would bring the accused player into the sit and ask for his side of the story. if the player stated that he thought that the SoS where enemies I would ask who trained him and if he was available, confirm with him that he went over that part of his training. assuming the trainer didn't, or just wasn't available/known. I would inform the PVT that the SoS where not enemies and that killing them was considered RDM. If I think that he player was genuine and made a honest mistake, I would left him off with a warning and tell him that if he needed to be brought into a sit for the same reason again he would be punished, and end the sit.

Trolls tend to 'Bend' the rules or exploits loopholes in order to try and get away with a offense. regardless, they, like minges, are only interested in their own amusement at the cost of others, but the way they go about causing grief tends to be more subtle, such as breaking PTS under the guise that they weren't aware it was active. Not following orders claiming they didn't hear/understand it. or stop gaping formations on the move saying he was lagging. the methods tend to vary, as such punishment can be more difficult to hand out in such cases.

Once I see the ticket for a Troll, I would take the ticket maker into a sit at a isolated location and ask what was the problem. in this case, it would be a UNSMC SGM who stated that one of his privates was continuedly trolling a formation training he was doing with a unit of marines. Given that going off of hearsay for this kind of offense would be a questionable reason for a punishment. I would inform the SGM that I would ghost his training and observe the specific marine that he claimed was trolling. after that I would watch his training and if the PVT was indeed trolling the line of purpose. I would take him and the SGM into and administer the appropriate punishment according to the guide. when the punishment was administered I would end the sit and fill out the paper work.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If I witnessed a heated argument that was happening in a OOC situation that became IC, I would take both of the offenders into a sit and warn them that further arguing and fighting would not be tolerated, and that allowing a OOC fight to become IC was failRP and that they would be punished accordingly if they kept up their antics. If they acknowledge what I said, I would return them both to their prior location and observe them to make sure that they discontinued the argument.
