Well, I like long walks on the beach, reading, and staring out my window looking out to the night sky. I love memes and collect them, some would say a "meme connoisseur". I would call myself a nice, fun, outgoing, SINGLE, male specimen. So if you're looking for someone with extreme leadership ability, good looks, and great memes, I'm the one you'll need.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum):
I would like to be able to help my server by making our forum section to look, nice clean and collective. Personally, I am a perfectionist and everything needs to be perfect for my section and my server. I will also make sure that no one will fuck around on the forums, like lil bitches.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum):
Well, considering I have more experience being forum staff than most of the forum staff, I'd say my experience. Being a leader is also something that comes naturally to me, I am a C/SGM in my Army JROTC unit, so I know how to make a staff teamwork, being that next year my AIs are begging me to be my units Staff Executive Officer. I can help improve our staff team in many ways, discipline, Integrity, and staying calm while under pressure.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum):
Because I am the most experienced, I have a good rep with my staff positions. Being well known is something else that I have, this allows me to stop arguments and any confirmation, they know my credibility. Also, I would make it so that future forum staff won't have to write eighty words because though it shows initiative it becomes quite annoying when you're like me and gets to the point very quickly. I have a great sense of humor and know when to get serious, I'd say I am great at "reading" people too.

1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended)
Tell them as nicely as possible to take it to forums and to cease their argument. If they continue I tell them exactly where to appeal their ban and then proceed to ban them. If they want to talk to me I would be more than happy to talk in Steam or our Teamspeak. (Very straight to the point soz)
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended)
Ask them to cease what they're doing and edit their comment so it no longer says that, if they do it again, ban them from the forums. I keep my forums clean, if you're going to be an idiot about it I don't need you here, and don't want you here
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended)
Tell him to stop, and he'll most likely stop if he isn't drunk. If he is I'll forum ban his Argentian ass for 8 hours and let him sober up, but if he is already sober and is being an idiot I'll warn him, and if he continues I'll ban him for a week and talk to him on ts3.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended)
If I'm being harassed on the forums? I laugh with them until it gets too much then flex my authority. I tell them to stop and that it needs to stop. If they continue, I give them the conditions and then ban then from SB, and if they continue on PMs I ban them from the forums for 2 weeks. If it's someone else I tell them to stop if they don't, I forum ban him for a week. And the ban severity goes up from there if he can't stop.
