I am a serious person that doesnt take sides when listening to an argument. I base my decisions on logic.

I am a serious RP player on the server for about 6+ months now. I have been a GM for about 4 of those months. I like to help out and be involved as best i can in the community and the server. I am a very mature person, often causing people to think i am older. I plan on going into the Military when i graduate, so my behavior is suited best to the situation at hand. Because i know that i must hold myself accountable. I have know the Staffing team on the server decently well just from knowing them well. It was suggested to me to become a mod by my friend Jax. So i decided to join the staffing team.

I am a better candidate for the simple fact for how long i have been on the server longer than most players and know it very well. I know how people should and shouldnt act on this server very well. Also with my experience as a mod on other servers has me prepared to deal with most moderator situations. I have dealt with mingy players, angry players, sad players, and ignorant players. I am well experienced and qualified to deal with these types of problems. Another reason is that my professionalism would never be a problem due to me being a Spartan i am expected to be professional in all serious situations. I have never had problems with admins either, i have always been a good player and heave never been in an admin sit either. I also know the rules of the server fairly well. Betterment of the server does not come with my application being accepted, it comes with being able to work with a team of people hoping to work together to make the server better. My willingness to part of that team to help with that team, to work with that team is probably why the server would become better. Because of the team of staff that would grow to work on the server. I would help that team the best i can to improve the server. The benefits would be from the results of the team and I working to improve the server. Because i hardly think that one person can make the server better. But with working together with others to improve is the best way to do so. So in essence, i would benefit the server by benefiting the team that would benefit the server.

I stand out from others from being an older member of the server who is respected decently just for being a part of the RP server. I work well with most of the people on the server and have no quarrel with anybody on the server or event the community. I bring no drama or anything of the sort to the staffing team if I were to be accepted. I am a very logical person and am willing to accept others opinions in an argument even when mine object to theirs, and this could be because that theirs makes sense. I completely understand that there are two sides of a story for there to be an argument. And realize that someone could have perceived or felt different about a situation. That's what makes me and easy person to bring a subject to for help or advice.

Minging is the purposeful aggravation or annoyance of other people that causes disturbances of the events at hand.

Say a Marine is going around calling a Spartan Master Chief, the best way to deal with it is to simply bring the Marine to an area on the map where he cannot bother anyone. Then simply explain what he did wrong and that if he does ANYTHING like that again, that you will have to give him the correct punishment, which i believe is a kick from the server.

Failure to RP is when someone continuously ignores the RP situation to cause aggravation or annoyance of the players around him or her. Often in cases of ignoring what is done in RP.

The best way to deal with an RDM'er is to freeze him then to teleport to him and ask those that were shot what happened and the person who killed them what happened. Then if he is in fact an RDM'er the best course of action is to kick him from the server with the warning attached to the kick.

A very good example of trolling could be cause a door to get multiple people stuck. Say that a person is waiting by the elevator and pressing the button to either deny people entrance or to get them stuck. The situation would best be handled by teleporting him to a location where you can give him a verbal warning. Then return him. If anyone brings up another issue with him, kick him from the server with a warning attached.

Say that two Marines started to argue about something that happened in IRL, for example one stole the other's girlfriend. Well they argued about it a lot and it turned to the point in which the one that is higher ranking starts to Haze the other. Such as demoting for no reason. Killing him under no reason. RDM'ing that person in general. The best thing to do is to freeze both of them and to talk about whats going on. Firmly tell them what must remain in OOC and IC. That their actions are affecting those on the station. Then if anything at all happens again that you will kick them both from the server if anything happens again. If they were to load into the server again they might be met with a temp Ban.
