Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Right now I'm currently doing courses for college, and my Major right now is Computer Science. I work in the Labor Union right now and do sewer work during certain parts of the week in the middle of the night to the afternoon (5 AM - 3 PM). My current lifestyle isn't that great, but I manage it somehow and I wanna make folks happy instead of sad. When I do get the chance, I spend time with my family when they're not busy, and sometimes old high school friends.

Have you ever been banned from any Revival servers? If so, why? Yes. Alright the only reason I was banned from SCP was because someone thought I was said the N-Word and banned the wrong guy. (This was in 2017 and Ares was head of staff for SCP I think.)

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): For one I have experience in being staff on this server, I probably have more time than anyone else in Revival that maybe applying for staff, talking to people is my main strong point, my values towards the server is taken seriously (as in I care about business and how the server is represented), and other candidates would probably sit around to do nothing until they get Moderator (which I hope this doesn't happen anymore).
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): The way I'm going to benefit the server is to represent the brand of the server. It's important to make sure the server profits from people having fun and not getting their experienced ruined by the people misrepresenting the the brand. William has worked very hard on getting this server to where it is and I don't think he's going to give it up anytime soon, and neither will I.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):My reasoning on why I stand out more than others is because I always come back. Yeah, I had to take a 6 month hiatus, but I came back and I'm ready to help the server again. When I'm going through the staffing process again, I want to improve; not use the old experience I have. If I keep doing the same thing, than how else will the community progress? These are somethings I hope the other candidates are thinking about, if not then I will help them improve as well.

4.!noclip is a command that lets the staff member/supporter go through walls
5.!giveammo is a command that lets you or other players receive a set amount of ammo depending on the value. (Max is 9999)

Explain what minging is: Minging is basically not making sense in the rp at all like; shooting up beds in bunks, saying the props are made out of paper in voice chat, typing "cheese", breaking PTS during debrief/briefing, and going in AOS areas multiple times.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Well first off, I would handle it in RP by calling MP, but if it's done again then I will call the MP and warn them as a staff member to stop what they're doing or there will be punishment. Doing an action that correlates to minging again will result in a ban or kick depending on how bad the offense was. (A ban if they were already kicked).
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is basically shooting a guy that's cloaked and having a helmet off while in the battlefield(depending on who it is), having nothing to protect you in hazardous environments, and knowing what ONI said through their comms. FailRP could be a synonym to powergaming in honesty if you think about some situations of FailRP
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): My action on this first would be to get a commanding officer to send them to a in RP doctor or just Name PK them depending on the situation. If the same player does it again, then it will result in calling the commanding officer to send them to a in RP doctor or just Name PK again, and warning them as staff to stop what they're doing, because it doesn't make any sense at all. FailRPing again will result in a kick to let them rethink on what they're doing. Returning and doing FailRP again will result in a ban.

Explain what RDM is in detail: Killing players without reason. For example, let's say a Marine is walking around with his weapon off safety, and strolls in debrief. You can obviously see in the player list he isn't an event character and he starts shooting everyone down. I know this is a MRDM example of it, but it's still RDM.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Handling it in RP is the first thing I would do by calling the MP or getting a commanding officer to Name PK that person. If the issue persists any longer, then it will resolve in a immediate ban.

If a Private says to another Private that it's okay to go outside of base if four privates are with them because E1+E1+E1+E1 = E4, and then that Victimized Private does what the other private said, then it'll be embarrassing to the new players that fell for it.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Telling them in RP that it's incorrect is the first thing I'd do, and ask who told them it was that way or told them that. If the story doesn't add up with other players that were around that player then I'd just spectate which player I think it is along with other staff if they're present. If we find out who is actually doing it, then they get jail time by MPs or a Name PK. If it continues after in RP punishment, then it will result in a kick or ban. (A ban if they've been kicked).

OOC: Out of Character is just doing something out of RP as long as it's not hurting or annoying anyone.
IC: In Character is doing things in RP. That means anything you do in IC is taking it into RP.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): What I'd do first is to tell them both to drop it. If they continue doing it and bring it into IC, then I'll have them chat muted and sit in the same room with each other to make up. But if they are still arguing, then it's a kick or ban towards both sides. Don't care who they are, because they should've dropped the fighting by now.
