Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am very outgoing, I love to help the community grow and expand. I love this server and would love to see it grow and expand along with be one of the top on almost all sections of gmod and have almost no rule breakers or anything. I can bring a very experienced staff member to the server and someone who doesn’t really break any rules on purpose.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I believe i’d be a better candidate because I have previous experience as high ranks and I did very well at those ranks, I have played many servers and have dealt with it all whether it be hacking, trolling, RDM, etc. I have dealt with it all and I haven’t made a mistake once as staff yet. Hopefully I can keep it that way. I am very mature and will admit when I did something wrong but at the same time I also know when to have fun.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server not only financially but also bring people to the server and make sure that the community stays alive and well, I am very smart when it comes to managing staff so hopefully I will get to the rank at which I can do stuff like that, I can tell when staff are good and when they are bad, I can also tell most of the time when staff try to lie their way out of being in trouble.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I have a lot of experience with a lot of things. I am very mature and like I said above I am very good when it comes to managing staff and making sure they're all doing the proper things and following the proper procedures. I can train and recruit as many as I can also if needed attempt to bring a lot more people to the server.

Explain what minging is: Minging is someone who is fucking around.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): I would go to the recruit and see why he/she doesn’t wanna be trained then if they don’t give me a valid reason inform them that they will either get trained or be kicked, if they don’t get trained then they will be kicked.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: the act of failing to roleplay, bunnyhopping around the station is an example
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would go to said person that is bunny hopping around the station and inform them to stop otherwise they would be warned for FailRP and if they didn’t then they would get warned for it. If they continue then I would inform them that they would be kicked and same thing if they didn’t stop they would be kicked.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would bring them both to a sit then ask them why the victim was killed then I would see if they had any proof and then would check the logs, and if it is confirmed that the victim was killed and they had to reason to be killed I would warn the murderer for RDM.
