Hello!
I have been hearing (And getting) Garry's Mod "Lua Panic! Not enough Memory!" Error, So here is how I have fixed mine.
1. Uninstall ALL Addons
2. Uninstall GMOD
3. Re-Install GMOD into another memory card, On my Laptop I can select a local drive called C:// instead of N:// , You could try buying a external storage device and running it off that.
4. Open Properties
5. Set launch options in properties to -dxlevel 98
