Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): My name is DJ and I used to be on my school track team, I love to play basketball with my friends and play video games. I have 3 brothers. I am the middle child of my family. I still have 3 great grandparents still alive. My favorite games growing up was Halo: CE, Oddworld: Strangers Wrath, Oddoworld: Munches Odyssey, Grand Theft Auto, and Earth Defense Force.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am a better candidate than the others because I love this server with all my heart. This server has never brought me better joy and happiness. I want this server to do the same with others. Being part of staff will help me make sure this server is a safe haven for people who want to fulfill their role playing experience and get away from life for an hour or a day. Minges and rule breakers that are in this place ruin this "safe haven" the owner created.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit this server by making sure players follow the rules set in place by the owner. I will make sure the server is very welcoming to new players and make sure they are having fun and they have no drama with other players. If anyone decides to break the rules I will make sure they get the proper consequence depending on the situation.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from the others because many people know what Mreze Sudame is all about. I have been told that I am a great leader within the Swords of Sanghelios and I take care of the members within this faction. I will do the same thing if I become apart of this Staff team.

Explain what minging is: Anyone who has no knowledge and basically turns the server into a very unpleasant place.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Ususally Minges join the server from youtube videos, or just want to get attention. If I encountered a minge that is breaking immersion from players such as calling the Arbiter, Keith David or calling every person that is wearing Mjolnir armor Master Cheif, I would bring them to a secure location. I would tell the person to stop calling those specific people those names, that is mingey and can result in a kick. If the person continues to do the same action, I bring him/her and give them the appropriate punishment.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Fail RP can vary in different forms. It could be something that is learned OOC and is put IC without any means of knowing or just misusing your role or job.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If someone were to FailRP I would bring the persons' involved and ask what happened. I separate them to find out that person 1 stole something of person 2. Person 1 started to brag in OOC chat about what he did. Person 2 was not supposed to know because no one was around to witness person 1 stealing. Person 2 went up to Person 1 and killed him. I give person 2 the appropriate punishment.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM stands for Random Death Match. Meaning a player randomly killed the other person for no reason. There is also MRDM. Mass Random Death Match. Meaning a player has many players in succession.

I see in the kill feed that the names that are dying are rising so I tp to the person to investigate. I catch him in the act of killing people and so I freeze him and then ban/kick the individual. {not sure how this server deals with that}

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If someone was trolling the server by insulting players or staff IC or OOC I would bring them to me and give them a warning. If the person decides to go on another rant. I will kick/ban depending how serious it is.

OOC: Out of character: Anything that is done or said is not affected IC.
IC: In character: The player is Role playing as their created character and follows the job's rules and regulations.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Person 1: OOC: I bet your mother smells.
Person 2: OOC: Oh yeah, your dad looks bad.
Person 1: OOC: That's it! I have had enough! {Goes to kill Person 2.}
If that happens I would bring both of them in a sit and talk with them to figure out what happened. I bring them both with the !bring command and speak to them separately. Once I figure out what happened I give the appropriate warning or kick.
