Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am a 15 year old from Chicago who loves halo. I have always played it on the xbox as a kid up until now. It was my biggest joy in life and I had so much fun with it. Which is why I am on this server now. I love playing PC games and playing with my dog. I am a freshman in highschool which is an experience to say the least. And I love all my family and friends.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): I don't know for sure but id say no less than 2 weeks

How will your activity be on the server? I will be very active because as it stands this is the main server I play on GMOD
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I can be on everyday unless I go on vacation ( Then I would let someone know) And I can be on all day unless I have work but because I am only 15 I don't work very long hours.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am a better candidate than others because I have two years of staffing experience. I love halo and because of that will put all of my time and effort into this server. Another reason would be that this is my main server, meaning I spend all of my gmod time on this server for the most part. I also have 1,500 hours about on gmod which gives me a lot of experience with the commands and how to use them. I also love staffing as it to me is very fun and gives me a lot of joy.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by being a great staff member who dedicates a lot of time and effort into the server. I plan to be very respectful and always open to hear both sides of the story and be dedicated to every ticket/ issue I get. I also Can be on everyday of the week. I love this server and the people on it. Also the events are great which makes the server fun to be on therefor I will be motivated to give it my all.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I believe I stand out from others because I am very dedicated, respectful and ready to learn anything new I can from senior staff members. I also like I said have two years of experience on staffing on servers which gives me an advantage compared to other candidates. For example, I know most of the commands on GMOD and I know how to handle most situations. Although there is always room for improvement. I also always stay unbiased meaning even if someone I know in a staff sit is my friend/ someone I like I will treat them the same as any other player.

List (5) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,Jail,slay(Explain What They Do.)):
1. Freeze, A command that freezes a player in their current stand and not allowing them to do anything. This would be useful if someone was trying to do something or run away from you.
2. God, A command that enables you unable to be killed. This would be useful in a situation where you are in a staff sit and they try to kill you.
3. Strip, A command that allows you to strip a certain player of all of there items. this would be useful in cases where someone is RDMing and would allow me to de weapon them before they kill anyone else.
4. Clear ragdolls, A command that clears the ragdolls on the server, for example dead bodies that are doing nothing but lagging the server. This would be useful to make the server less laggy.
5. Clear decals, A command that removes the decals off a server. For example a blood stain a bullet hole bomb blast etc. This would be useful also to de lag the server making it a better experience for all players.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): If someone was minging, for example just messing around not intending to roleplay and not listening. I would first warn them to stop. If they were to proceed I would kick them. If they then continue I would ban them for a certain amount of time based on what they did.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Fail RP is when someone is when a player is failing to roleplay. For example not listening to higher ups. Saying things that they technically would not know. Or revealing secrets to operations or things that happen in the future past the timeline.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): At first I would warn them and tell them to stop, Then I would kick them if they continue. And then if they keep doing it I would ban them.

If not I would then proceed to kick them. I would not give a warning because people who RDM know what they are doing. And if they rejoin and do it again I would then ban them.

If they did something bad I would warn them or kick them depending on the scale of what they have done.
