Any info we should know about you(Something that may affect staffing): I have some Summer Schooling to do as well as have family that depends on me for some things. I also have diabetes so I may have to leave occasionally to take care of it. Also, my Gmod does occasionally crash.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Well, I love Halo and have played just about every Halo game that's been made so far. I'm a bit new to Gmod as a whole but can learn quickly. So far I've been an MP on a Star Wars server and have been told I've been doing an excellent job. With some time to learn what I need to enforce for rules, I deal with trolls on the server with efficiency.
How Long Have You Been On The Server? (Min 5 Days): I've been on the server for a total of five days.
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: I'm not a minge, but I do make some jokes from time to time.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I'm not exactly someone who would like to be considered someone who is a "better" anything. I feel like I am equal with those who are also applying for T-Mod. I do have some characteristics that could make me stand out, however. Some of these characteristics are; I am hard-working, firm but kind, as well as someone who can get the job done with efficiency. I am sometimes a bit of a night person as well.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan on benefitting the server in a few ways. One of these being, obviously another member of the staff team there to help around the server with whatever tasks that would be needed done. Another is I can help the newer players on Gmod in general with an understanding of what it's like to feel a bit out of place when being on a serious RP server. I am new and the first time I was on a serious RP server; I felt like I was always on the verge of doing something stupid or accidentally shooting one of my comrades. Those two things are just a bit of what I plan to bring as a new member of the staff team.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from the other candidates in one unique way. I believe I'm one of the few people in the line of candidates that is new to not only Gmod but a bit new to PC gaming as well. This, alongside the happy-go-lucky attitude that I bring with me when things are feeling a bit down.

After he is trained he runs around the bunks, not putting on his bodygroups and mic spamming. Then he would leave bunks and head into the main lobby, continuing to mic spam and without any bodygroups on. He would then see that he has a gun and tries to RDM one of his fellow marines. Upon RDMing multiple people, I would go to his location and see that he is not in a sim room. At this point, I would be godded and freeze him; stripping him of his weapons asking why he has killed all of his fellow marines. If he is not compliant I would ban him for 2 weeks considering he had MassRDMed and was being a minge.

He would then go on to try and do a purposefully bad impression of the legendary marine in front of people and talk about his ‘augmentations’ that he was given. After some people report the incident, I would go to the person doing this and pull them aside and ask why they are doing these actions. If they cooperated and changed their name and stopped with the impression, I would let them off with a warning and to not do it next time around. If they didn’t stop, however, I would kick them after telling them to come back if they wish to RP.

I would first freeze the private who just committed RDM and drag him into a sit. They would continue to follow them through the base as the Sangheili tries to get away from them, all while shouting at them,” wort wort wort”. I would come over to the marine and the SoS member and pull them to the side to ask what happened; after getting both stories I would give the marine a warning for the time being. If he continued while I keep an eye on him while cloaked, I would give him a 2-day ban for his actions.

OOC: OOC means "Out Of Character"; usually when players on an RP server are speaking to each other out of their characters. Things that could be heard as OOC are "What is up gamer?" and other things that do not relate to their character.
IC: IC stands for "in character"; this is usually used when people on an RP server communicate about current events ongoing in-game and what their roles would probably have them say. For instance, police characters would probably be on patrol, looking for any other criminal characters breaking the law. (Or in some cases, regular citizens that break rules.)
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give a situation in detail): Two people could be arguing in OOC, a Spartan and a Marine. The marine could become enraged and pulled out his Assault Rifle; emptying a magazine into the Spartan, as the marine says some foul language. After arriving on the scene, I would freeze and strip the marine of their weapons as well as the Spartan to make sure no one else is RDMed or tries to RDM. After looking over the situation, I would kick them both after telling them to take a minute to chill or I would give them a chance to talk it out in the sit and let them go but keep an eye on them by either cloaking or spectating.
