Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): My name is Jesse, but people I'm cool with call me Jess or Chrome. I started playing on Revival back in November as a Freelancer to get a good feel of things. Later on I got myself a Spartan Team when I became fully invested in the server. I'm a chill person most of the time unless people come at those I'm cool with or come at me.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): There's no real better than other candidates because I'm sure there are other capable candidates for staff. However, I feel that with how I'm regarded on server and how I interact with most people, that I will have a better time as staff in helping out the community. There are some people in the community who aren't suited simply because of how they carry themselves and their intent to gain more at the expense of others.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): For one, I plan on enforcing the Serious RP side of things. Day after day I've seen people go off and completely destroy the RP experience from others whether it be OOC talk during an IC situation, Marines letting their guns rip and RDMing DB/B, Talking about out of universe stuff when not in an OOC area, Mingery, and overall breaking lore.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): Most at first glance see me as menacing because of what they hear about Spartans when they first join the server. However they end up being surprised by my personality and engage in conversation. I enjoy interacting with the community when none of the rules are being broken, especially when it's an IC interaction.

1. !strip - Strip allows me to strip someone of their weapons in the event of mass RDM so that someone else on duty may get the ban off easier.
2. !cexec - Run command. Say someone is PK'd and refuses to get off their whitelist, I can run this command and have them say /recruit. This will force them onto the recruit job without me having to kick them.
3. !removegroup - Removes someone's group from the server based on their steam ID.
4. !spectate - Spectate is a command where the user is able to spectate a specific player. You can either !spectate (name) or spectate in general.
5 !mute - Mute will automatically mute someone from typing in chat based off of my own experience with the command.

Then I would tell them that they are minging and that they have one warning. If they continue, I will simply kick them from server. If they come back and continue, I will PK and then remove them of their whitelist so that they'll have to be retrained.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Fail RP is when someone breaks character or does something that wouldn't happen in a roleplay scenario. IE talking about 911 during an operation. That is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): First I would warn them for FailRP. If they continue and show NITRP, it's a kick. If they come back and continue, It's a PK and they are put back to recruit. Simple as that.

Taking OOC into IC makes no sense and just shows that both are immature and don't quite understand how RP works. I would warn them both and have them work things out OOC before letting them off.
