Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): My name Is Joseph, I live in Ohio, and I have been playing on this server for over a year now.I play alot of sports and which helps with my teamwork, understanding different backgrounds, and taking charge of situations. My family and I train service dogs for veterans with PTSD and children with severe mental issues, such as Epilepsy, down syndrome, and Autism.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): Im better than other candidates because I have a lot of friends on this server. People respect me, Im easy to get to know, fun to be around. I take things serious when I need to, but fun when nothing is going on. I have been around the server for a long time understanding the needs of each group. I dont get mad really at all and will always have a good time.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by always being available to help others. I will help out people running events when they are busy, such as providing pelicans, spawning props, giving ammo and other things needed by the gm. I will help out factions by placing down npcs for training, climb swep courses and other things that are needed by players.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others because I have experienced my things in my life. I am able to provide unique opportunities compared to others. I have experience with a large variety of different people. I am able to make friends with a lot of people. I may be young but I will do my best.

I would first ask them to stop, then i would have them arrested by an mp for some time, then i would kick them, then i would ban them.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Fail RP is intentional doing something that ruins the experience of rp or purposely reading something that you should not or messing around

A marine read a radio chat that was ment for oni and was talking about it in game. If they keep refusing to rp after being repeatedly told to not or just ignore you. You will then kick them, if they return and still refuse to cooperate you will ban them for two days.

A marine just randomly shot another player for no reason. I would at first tell mps to arrest the player, if they do it again after being realised I would then ban them for rdm.

Explain what OOC and IC is(Give a situation in detail):
OOC: OOC is chatting out of character and talking about things that don't retain to the world the server takes place in such as Discord and teamspeak.
IC: Is talking in character about things that are happening in the world, it only contains to that your character should know about, Such as a normal marine should not know what orion really is or else its fail rp.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Two marines get into a argument about about other factions than start radioing about it or talking in game still arguing. I would First tell them to brake it up, Second i kick both of them, third if they still keep arguing I would ban both of them for fail RP.
