Yes i am a GM for another server and left my head GM from another, in honesty, my job as a GM on the other server is concocting the events and guiding the plot, pretty much all I do there is inform what should happen without having to go server-side, I’d be spending the majority of my time on the Halo server to give the players events.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.): Extensive, was head GM on HiveRP, admin/Head Admin on a few Russian servers that sadly crumbled after a few years.
How active will you be on the server? As active as I can be, between my job and my actual life, I commit as much as possible, if I’m not on the server I’m contactable daily unless I’m severely ill or working a late shift.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
well I believe I’m better than a fair few due to the time I’ve had with organising IRL and on Gmod Servers, considering the things I do for work take a lot of paperwork and planning, I’d say I’m pretty damn good at it other my colleagues and I would struggle to do our work, in terms of actual event planning when I plan to do something I stick to it and plan a week or a month in advance for an available slot, I also have no issue with concocting a storyline to follow and how an event should play out.
Another factor is that I care immensely about the people who partake in the events, and if they don’t enjoy themselves then its a failed event entirely, hence why I plan things very carefully so the risk of a fuck-up is minimal, also, I actually enjoy doing events, GM’s I have spoken to in the past have complained it was ‘taxing’, and yes…it is, but frankly if you want to be a GM you have to enjoy what you do and if you enjoy what you do then its not so much a job as it is entertainment and people are generally good at what entertains them, and to put the point home, I enjoy doing events.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
Well, firstly I have a hand-written google doc I made for a Russian halo server before it died, its around 30 pages and holds the basis for around 30 event ideas if the GM’s can’t think of anything to do, if I’m not around then they can freely use it to help them along if they are lacking in ideas in that day.
Other things I will bring to the server is also a degree of Passive Rp in events, as much fun as it is to run around and murder NPC’s, having no context or text for that matter can be dull and just turns into an DM fest.
Finally I’d involve the players more than they are, such as; random events happening to say one, enforce medical RP, something which is quintessential for medics, INVOLVE people, in events that I have hosted on other servers and ones I’ve been on revival, there are so many instances of;
‘what should I be doing?’
“whats going on?”
“I need orders please!”
My goal would be to eliminate this so that UNSC PVT John smith knows what he’s doing, making sure he’s not running around like a headless chicken and not messing around where they shouldn’t be.

What is the purpose of a Game Maker? To produce events for the playerbase, hence coercing the server along a storyline to follow.
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs )
So on our planet, something is seen on the radar, after a few tense moments of debris falling, the ship will plough across the ground and stop at alpha or forerunner, from it will come a medium sized force of covenant with perhaps 1 hunter, a surprisingly heavily armed force for a small ship, meanwhile as it was coming down, a cargo pod would have been released and placed somewhere well away from the event battlefield, once this was found it would be taken in, most likely by ONI, after a while when the base has been moved to code yellow, ONI would find out that the cargo pod contained a set of co-ordinates.
From here debrief is called and the regulars are told that they are going to recover “supplies”, ONI and the relevant people will know that the data that was decrypted was a actually a star chart that leads to a Fragment of Divinity , considering how important these are and that we are not far from the co-ordinates, a debrief would be called and we would be dispatched
(Now the next part only works if we have a spaceship interior map)
Along our journey, just before we get to the planet, the ship is hijacked by a group of raiders of the Kid-Yar genus, their leader could be a named character to kill or to capture, if he’s captured he gives a little more info on the fragment, which coincidentally is what the pirates were looking for, specifically the star chart as they are able to decode parts of it which pin-point 2 areas it could be.
Once on the planet the UNSC will meet up with the local militia, this planet would be isolated, hence why they are first hearing about it now, but they are not the only ones, a large part of the event would be fending off covenant forces, also here for the fragment, after a good while the covenant will ‘flee’, after a few moments there will be a surge of flood, lore wise this is accurate as the fragment was lost during the flood.
The next bit will test how caution people are, as we all know a flood kill is a PK, so not only will people have to be organised, they will have to listen if they want to stay alive, after 5-10 minutes of a flood assault a much larger flood organism will arise, either a grotesquely large juggernaught, or a Proto-gravemind HOWEVER upon closer inspection, the reason for its prodigious size and general being is something lodged in its form…hmmm I wonder what this could be?
something that would cause concern and trigger the fight or flight response from the higher ups, the decision is for them, however they will face a dilemma:
Leave and potentially let the covenant return and claim the crystal, or let it be lost to a growing organism and rendered obsolete also leaving all the remaining civilians to die.
OR
Fight on with the risk of certain death to reclaim something incredibly powerful
