I live in Oregon, I am currently Employed with a company that is helping Century link market their new fiber optics systems. I live with my parents currently and will be living on my own soon. I don't do much in my spare time I am usually on the halo RP servers and am very active.

I've always had interest in role playing games and am a very experienced person when it comes to role play servers. I like keeping things from falling apart from mingy players and will know when to jump in and do my duties when needed. Unlike others that would ignore chat i would keep a close eye on it to see if people are being annoying or mingy and warn them from messing up.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words, No Less):
I will check whenever the server is busy if there is any other staff on and switch over to a staff position to be ready when others are not on duty. I will always be ready to assist any players that need help with something that they need wherever they need it as long as its not breaking any rules.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I know how to approach a situation the right way without making conflict and would be a sort of voice of reason when it came to people breaking rules and wouldn't get a bad reputation for myself like having people think I am an ass when on duty. I am a very friendly person and want to get along with everybody on the server.

People that refuse RP properly on a RP game,mostly likely ruining other people's immersion, usually resulting in a kick or a small ban.

like if someone was roleplaying in an incorrect way, usually being annoying to the majority of the server, like naming themselves willie wonka and singing the pink panther song in the middle of a briefing during an event. i would deal with them by saying if they dont stop that i will have to kick or ban them. and if its some1 that comes back with a different IP i would pull them away and freeze and mute them so they wouldnt just come back and repeat the process.

when somebody kills another person in game for no reason and it is outside of a simulation or event.

i would get the person accusing of rdm and the person that shot him to figure out the situation and what happened. then i would go from there to see if anything more than an verbal warning is needed

Trolling is the art of intentionally messing with some to purposely make them mad through pestering them, sending mean messages to them and so on.

I would alert an MP if they are on to go and arrest the person and have the MP deal with the situation or act in his position and let them know that their actions wouldn't be tolerated. Like if someone was pestering a fellow player about something and was asked to stop but refused (ex. spamming voice lines in chat) to stop after being warned.
