The Famous Texas
There is a ton of staff fighting each other for the past 2 weeks and in some cases has gone out of control where the forum staff team can't control the drama anymore. And most of them are for the smallest reasons that really don't matter but we make a big deal out of it. I'm bringing this up because people both players and staff are sick and tired of it and we try to enforce it but its not working. But if this keeps going on, then revival will be like nomad and break off into two sides.
I know its hard at times to like someone who you really don't like but you don't have to love them but you can't straight up say fuck you and disrespect them. Think of what will happen when you have a job, would you treat your co-workers like trash. But we are a TEAM and we need to work together to make the servers working to have fun.
The end goal for all servers is to have fun, the goal for TS and Forums is communication for in-server issues but to hang out with your friends. If you keep fighting for small reasons, it makes the jobs of all staff members worse because they have to live with the consequences of that fight. We are living in a very sensitive world where people everywhere will get triggered by the smallest events and frankly society as a whole because of it is going downhill, but we don't have to if we just work together.
All Im saying is that you don't have to be buddies buddies but you SHOULDN'T YELL AT ANOTHER MEMBER FOR DOING SOMETHING YOU DON'T LIKE.
