I am trying to be friendly and i always helping other people.But if i need to say something why im standing out from others i will say i love to help and i love revival thats why i am joing staff becouse i want to help people and of course server.

His leadership position is one strong reason why I am giving this a +1, and here's why:
As the leader, SgtMaj, whatever of a starting faction, he comes across minges quite frequently, as that is the nature of starting factions sometimes, as unfortunate as it is. However, I have never seen him lose his temper, and overall, he carries himself extremely well. He has found a wonderful balance between dealing with the minges himself, as well as calling staff when it gets beyond his ability as a non-staff member.


Another reason why I give this a +1 is his willingness to improve. He is always asking how he can better himself, which is commendable and desired for a staff member in my opinion. He also is insanely helpful whenever staff gets called to deal with some of the minges.

I will gladly +1 this application.

+1 for the same reasons on the post above, as well as I have found them to be helpful to me at times, as well as always asking how to better himself as a player/character. I think with some good tutoring and knowledge imparted, he will become a valuable asset.

+1 His willingness to learn more and his time on the server is more than most, this man has been serious everytime i see him on and he treats people fairly. I would definitely love to have this man on the staff team and protect the server from minges.
