I've played on this server for a long time and I know the people on it. I hear what they say when they complain about certain events. I believe I can have more inclusive events that marines and spartans alike can enjoy, something that we have recently lost.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I plan, if I get excepted, to give more events to the little guys. I also want to include players in the events more, nothings worse than just shooting AI in a canyon for 20 minutes. Theirs a lot of interesting things you can do with Players ad the enemy, sadly, I rarely see GMs use everything they can do with player URF. I also want to do more mini-events, I find that a well thought out mini with player URF can be a lot more fun than a laggy off-map with AI.

Okay, off map, with a throwaway naval character. Everyone is deployed to investigate a research facility doing some sus experiments. So everyone lands to check out the facility, everything seems fine, ONI talks to the Reacherchers, and discover they've been doing some flood shit, uh oh. Marines, army, and Naval set up a defensive perimeter around the facility SoS, Spartans and ODST (and anyone else I'm forgetting) set up a joint strike on a communication outpost to monitor any weird radio call going in and out, once they get there they realize that some sus stuff is happening there and they cut the lines, making the radio inoperable. BUT THEN, HIDDEN MISSILE SILO SHOOTS DOWN THE SHIP WE CAME HERE ON! Get fucked, it was a trap, the naval guy is dead, the ship is falling. on the way out everyone finds three machine gun warthogs.
But it's not over yet because the ship is falling on the research facility and everyone's gotta book it, while fighting off some facility guards, both real and AI. While this is happening the comms outpost is getting fucked from every angle by facility guards and the SoS, Spartans, and ODST (and anyone else I'm forgetting) need to hold them off for the Army, Marines, and Naval to get over there with support and machine gun warthogs. then ship finally hits the research facility and uh oh, flood get out boom, big twist.
So, everyone meets up at comms outpost and the flood plus facility guards are running around. Also, the radio is fucked from earlier, but theirs two more radio outposts. The power is out, the spartans will need to fight through the flood in a cave system to get the power back so they can use the radios! Everyone else will need to get to one of the radios to radio for Evac, except once is broken and you have to choose which one to go to. they'll also have to battle through flood and facility guards to get to them. How they choose is up to them. they can use the warthogs to check which one is working, or just split up. Once they find the right one, they call in for help, and Evac comes, but theirs a shit ton of flood that just ate all the facility guard and is now attacking anyone, not at the right radio outpost, and they might be fucked. anyone they can fight through the hoards of flood gets Evac, hoora.
Did any current Gamemaker refer you to apply? If so who?

I <kip> Agree and understand that I am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties unless there is 0 staff on I will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that I will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, <kip>, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I,<kip>, Swear to uphold the server rules and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I <kip> am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
