Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I'm a hard working faction head I keep my men in line and at the end of the day try my best. I have a no bullshit rule that I hold not only myself but everyone around me too. I'm a loyal person to a fault. And I am always unbias. I am always trying to find new ways to better myself and the server.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am a active hard working person. I have alot of experience running factions so I know how to get things done when they need to be done. I stay unbias in the hardest of situations and always do that right thing. I have never been found doing mingey or wrong things with my leader tags. I feel having a admin in a higher place would be a good thing see how I am on almost all the time and almost always available.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I feel a active admin will help not only to police the server better but create a better experience for those who play it. I love this server and from day one have always tried to make it a better place for everyone from keeping people in line to making sure people get what they need. I plan to keep people in line and help them in anyway i can at the same time
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I am a naval faction head that knows what he is doing. I make my men proud to be naval and on the server by making sure they get what they need when they need it. I have a long history with not only being a leader but being a member on the community and have the best intentions at heart.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Jonny comes on server he gets his lima whitelist and then starts to jump around yelling and screaming. He continues until I pull him aside I tell him he has to be serious on the server. And give him a warning if he continues he would be kicked and told he needs to behave. If he returns and continues he would be banned for a set amount of days
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP Is when someone does something in a situation that would never work or go out of there way to break something
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A target is in a underground bunker and can't be reached without in RP digging a tunnel. A freelancer gets the idea to noclip into the bunker to kill the target. Until he is caught by me I would pull him aside and tell him he can't use those tools to failRP

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A marine comes out on the lima bunks and starts to shoot everyone he sees. I would freeze him and kick him and if he returned and did the same thing he would be banned for a set amount of time. A second situation would be if two people at arguing if the halls one marine pulls out a rifle pointing at the other. The second marine takes his rifle out they continue to argue. The first marine then shoots the second killing him. I would pull them both aside and get a statement. Depending on who was guilty they would both be warned or kicked.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is when a person comes on server with the intention on making people angering and ruining the experience
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Little timmy comes on server and starts to call people names and bothering them. He then uses his supporter tag to spawn props and hit people with them I would then pull him aside and tell him thats no way to act. If he were to continues after He would be kicked. (all of these situations are under the idea that a MP or the proper personnel are not online to deal with the problem except MassRDM that should be handled by a admin)

OOC: Two personnel are arguing in OOC.would Tell them to stop and if they continued I would pull them both to the admin room and get statements from both of them and assist them in resolving the issue
IC: Two people are arguing in IC. A stiuation like this would be a MP matter unless the MP made it a admin matter
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): That would be FailRP I would pull them apart and ask them to stop reminding them that we are all friends in this community
