Reason for ban: So me and a friend hopped on the server one day for some funs and memes. Well it seemed that fun isn't allowed on the server. Either way we joined during an event and I was getting followed by some SoS because im famous and then Benny started barking orders at us. Then the friend of mine walked up to benny and told him to shutup. Without any warning, all the marines chased him down the hall shooting at him, then 1 marine killed him. The marine who got the kill went back down to our bunks and shot him again for some reason. We were then tped up to the top of the ship and jailed. We asked wtf why and we were told it was because we were minging, bear in mind the only thing I had to do with all of this was that he was my friend. They said they were gonna ban him for 2 weeks for minging and I was like wtf and in my drunken rage I ran away from the sit. I was then permanently banned. The staff memeber who banned me was Jax btw.
Why you should be unbanned: I know I have a great history with this server, and tbh I'm infamous you know . I didn't do anything to warrant a fuckin permanent ban and tbh I think it was because me and Jax ended on bad terms before. @Mr.Popo free willy

Um no? What specifically happened was I said fuck you guys or something along the lines because you were being utterly preposterous and I jumped off the ship so I didn't shoot anyone mister. One of the reasons I was pretty mad to begin with is that I was being told by friends in staff that I had someone designated to watch me and shit. Then I burped during the end of a debrief and I got kicked for it.

The fact that you had a staff member designated to watch you tells me you have had previous rule breaking behavior before. Looking at previous behavior usually helps determine current behavior. Meaning if you did it before you wil prolly do it again.

Respectfully, everything posted here is to get better scope of the situation, and the discussion is important to swaying opinion one way or another. many people will not respond until they have a good idea of the situation.

As for the unban, I feel that it should be repealed (+1)

I do feel that lamba has his moments that are a little... difficult, but he has also done good for the server in the past. perhaps he just needs to think about his actions before performing them, but there are plenty of people here who do silly things and get away with it. Speech should not strictly mean perma, and with a lot of people the use of the N word, regardless of a hard R, is just a way they are use to speaking, it comes to the mouth without much thought. even some of the higher ups in the community have used it without reproach. I dont believe it is a reason to perma, however it should result in a warning or a gag at most if it is used with the intention of offending present company.

I also do not believe this should be a permanent ban. Although I do think a week to two weeks will suffice. Though you say you're famous, I have never heard of you before, and I apologize, but I stopped caring right when you said you got on the server for memes and laughs. That's a red flag right there. Nonetheless, I do think second chances are always available.

Yeah I havent played on the server for about 3 or 4 months now. Even at that I only played for like 20 minutes before I got banned. I truly left the server in December actually holy shit lmao
