Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): Sure, first of all, I have limited staff experience. I have only held TMod and Mod. I take staffing very seriously, and i am not a minge.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am a loyal companion in and out of the battlefield ( real life and not). I am honest and rarely ever lie. The tasks I am given, I get them done in a timely matter. I rarely ever complain about tasks that are given to me. On a more personal note, I am part of my high school's AFJROTC program, and from this I have learned how to a effective and efficient teacher and leader. I always accomplish all of the tasks that are given to me. I am more of a later in the day sort of player, where I play usually between the times of 8 and 12 (if not longer). I want to give this a shot because I believe I have what it takes. I also have good people skills so I can typically stop and argument/fight so that it does not get out of hands (I have had to do that a few times for my Corps )

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): For one, Unlike most of the other players on Gmod, I am not interested in any kind of mingery, so i take everything seriously. I am very just, so i try to make the best possible answer/punishment for every question/problem that comes my way. I will do my upmost to protect the peoples rights to a good RP experience. I have a good understanding of leadership and discipline. I never back down when threatened by a problem that is beyond my capability to solve, and I always try to find the answer no matter how hard it may seem.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I will protect this fine server from people who come to this server with no intent to RP and only here to be a minge. I will make sure to always help with whatever needs my attention. For the future ( summer break) I would like to learn how to be part of the development team and how i can help in that particular field. I will always put my job on the server before anything else on the server. I am willing to do whatever i have to do in order to make sure that all guidelines are met.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I am always there when I am needed. I have a strong willingness to help/train others to the best of my ability. I have strong morals so i am always ready to tell the truth, even if i am considered in the wrong. I never back down from a challenging task because I know that my team relies on me to get them done.

Explain what minging is: The act done by a person that comes on a RP server with no intent to RP and breaks many rules/ defies the RP.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Bob the trainee goes up to a WO1 and insults him because of the server that he is playing on. The WO1 calls for an admin, so i take the ticket and go to solve the problem. I would make sure to get both sides of the story before i make any choices of what to do in the circumstance. If the WO1 has solid proof that Bob was insulting him, then i would privately talk to Bob to get more details on why he did what he did, I would then administer the proper punishment i see fit based on how bad the insults were, Evidence, if Bob is a constant offender Etc.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is an event surrounding an action that your character commits that is not probable.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Joe the Marine Pvt is going around impersonating an elite. This is reported to the staff team by a fellow marine named Doug the Sgt. I would claim the ticket and got to Doug. I would then make sure to once again, get both sides of the story. In this instance, if deemed appropriate by any evidence that I can gather, i would then give what punishment i see fit, whether that is to warn him or to kick him.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM is when a player kills another player without any legitimate justification. This is widely seen on all of the RP servers on Gmod.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): while i am looking around for any trouble that may be happening or about to. I receive a staff ticket call for and admin to work on a RDM case. I would claim this ticket. the person who made the ticket is Gary and the person who he is claiming RDMed him is Sam. I would quickly find a good spot to have a sit and bring the both of them. the second they got there i would freeze sam to make sure that he cannot RDM during the sit. I would listen to their story. Unlike the other two cases that i have done in the little time i have been on the server, i can find my own evidence. I would check our console to check for the kill and any damage to make sure that Gary is telling the truth. If gary is telling the truth, i would let him go. I would then turn my attentipn to Sam and see what punishment would suit him, depending on my administration powers, i would ban him for 12hrs to 1day.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is an activity that is mainly done to annoy people or to make it to where they can make no progress.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I get a report of john Trolling Hugo, once the ticket is made, i claim it and go to where Hugo is. I ask Hugo to tell me what happened, and after he tells me, i bring the two of them to a proper place to have a staff sit. I then play as a mediator between the two to see if there was actually any trolling going on. depending on the severity, i would either give a verbal warning, an actual warning, a kick, or ban.

OOC: Out Of Character; everyone talking about the last event and putting their own inputs in on the event.
IC: In Character; a marine and a MP talking about the marine's punishments for the crimes that he has committed .
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): First, i would gag/gimp them and bring them both to a private location to remind them that they need to keep OOC in OOC and IC in IC, and that the two should never cross no matter how thin the line may be. i would then give them a both either a warning or a verbal warning.
