If you do something IC you better have a very good reason; I value logic and passionate stuff doesn't work. Lying is highly negative to me, as is not doing whats right for people on a whole including bullying PVTs or being a dick and hiding behind "but much feelings and mental state". If you cant take the heat, stay out of your computer.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I build things in gmod. I can open google docs and make events on documents and have good fair judgement in staff situations. I enjoy long walks on the beach, and even longer walks to improve my track record. I'm pretty chill as far as things go and mostly float through life. Don't see a point to being negative about what you can't change, so I try to keep others feel happy. Its not much, but its honest work.

For the time of this posting most of July I will be present. After the summer I will be more sporadic as everyone will, but I'll make the effort as I do have fun.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): For starters im not retarded and understand how to deal with a situation. I don't barge in there and thrust people out into an Admin situation and break I M M E R S I O N, I wisely move people away from the area then deal with it. I also don't make it a habit to leave issues unattended, or to just sit around. If there is a dull moment on the server, I would try to get SOMETHING going on because who wants to stare at each other all day in the lobby while talking in teamspeak about Bolts fashionable new pony tail or something. Thats boring, and thats why I have a duel purpose of trying to get Event Planner as quick as possible after this so people can do something on the server instead of braindead Legume RP. Also served as HR and am very well suited to settling disputes between people on staff teams.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): By working as staff to keep the minges in acceptable levels and stop the rampant take over of super-strict from bullying the marines into leaving the server. I plan to do all the normal jobs of staff and eventually Event Planner because that is what I am applying for. I would pride myself on trying to talk situations through rather than just smacking the PVTs with a ban hammer the moment I meet them in an admin sit because sometimes they do have points that are ignored because of "Superiority". Thats gay, and everyone gets an equal say in my staff sits. Likewise, incidents in staff I solve more permenantly than others due to gay
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I feel like this is the same question as before but I suppose my voice is a lot differently seductive, along with a sense of humor beyond that of my world famous "Knock-Knock" jokes. I also find that people get to worried over things on the server, and should treat it like what it is; a game so tough titties if you aren't automatically winning. I also give 0 shits for people that weasel out of stuff, and though I can minge like the best, I don't tolerate it in overabundance and know when fun is fun and when to get serious.

Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is a word often thrown around because people A. Are breaking RP and messing up with OOC info or not taking it seriously or B. Someone has a problem with another person not meeting their exact standards. Either way, it is not seen as good and should be stopped to keep I M M E R S I O N.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Lets have 2 people. A and B. A & B are roleplaying eating lunch at school. A pulls out a sandwhich and starts eating from his lunchbox. B pulls out an entire stack of dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets that he swallows in one gulp and guzzles 5 gallons of soda in a slurp. It is here that FailRP happens as that is not possible. You intervene and show the error. If unintentional ,live and let live. If intentional ,reprimend.

A stretches a bit and enjoys the unoptimized map. B pulls out a spartan shotgun and shoots A, penetrating him and killing all 15 other marines in the line. This was a R(andom)D(eath)M(atch). Unless a STRONG excuse is provided, the usual response is a Kick or Ban with warning.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Same guys; A and B are doing PT with a drill SGT. A does his PT task. B calls the SGT a "Turbo-Virgin" and that he shouldn't swear so much or his divorced mom might hear him. This makes the SGT disconnect due to his fragile emotions being hurt and he calls an admin. B then inspires the marines to begin a communist revolution against the Tsardom of ONI and the Spartans and they hijack the server into a new global revolution. Then you kick him for trolling, minge and fail rp. Possible ban due to all the RDMs his Gulags have caused.

A & B are talking in an OOC team speak about how PK is totally fucking gay and is abused to silence others. While they do this, person A moves to an IC channel of marines and talks as if in a military situation. Person B moves in to an IC channel full of Marines and starts yet another riot over the Marines constantly being PKed for retarded stuff and subsequently establishes the Democratic Republic of Lima Company (The DRLC). He is then warned, kicked or even banned for using OOC excuses in an IC teamspeak channel, and using OOC terms such as "PK" inside of the server, ruining I M M E R S I O N
