Hello everyone, Zeratul here with something late but should be remembered. On March 3rd 2553 the Human-Covenant war ended with a Human(and Sangheili) victory but at the cost of numerous worlds and casualties on both sides. Speaking from a OOC perspective is that 2553 is way in the near future hell even I won't be able to live that long to see humankind fight extinction from a genocidal alien hegemony, but we may never know what the future of humankind is, maybe we will still be on Earth nuking each other until we are all dead or maybe if technology progresses we could find a galaxy just like the one halo is based in or something else entirely. All in all we should think about how we will truly benefit ourselves as a species in the cosmos hell if you truly believe that we are on a halo timeline give a +1 and remember the men and women that fought for thier right to exist in the cosmos in the near 26th century.
