I work 3 days of the week, mostly at weekends and only 6 hours so im good to go all afternoons.

Im a mexican fan of everything Halo currently finding new ways to kill all this free time and the server is just what i expected and more. I tend to be very friendly to everyone on it and ive yet to get angry or mad with anyone, they all seem like very good friends and people to hang out with and i wanna give it back to this server. Very difficult to make me angry and id rather accept i know nothing about a subject than push on with something im wrong with, live and learn.
How Long Have You Been On The Server? (Min 5 Days):
Aprox 3 weeks and been logging in every single day of those 3 weeks and i plan to keep doing so.

Mostly on from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on free days CDT time zone, on busy times im mostly from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Weekdays im mostly free, sometimes i work only 1 day of the week so ill inform if thats the case.
Weekends are busy only 6 hours of the day, the rest, which are mostly on afternoons, are all good to go.

Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I try to learn from mistakes, if i were to get a position for GM as requested, i would constantly ask and pursuit opinions from others involved and players who participated on it, to understand what went wrong with events, if anything at all went wrong, and finding ways to improve myself and my work on the server.
The events are not made for me, they made are for the people who come log in every day, expecting something fun to happen.
If any other mod or GM also requires help with any planning or behind-the-screen shenanigans, im always willing to lend a helping hand in everything needed to enhance the experience for everyone else.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
Helping out other Staff members or GM's during planning or execution of events to lower their load and provide more of a safety net in case they crash/lag during important events to keep the flow going, assist in kicking and keeping an eye out for people who would try to ruin the fun for others, minge, or just be generally toxic to prevent members from getting annoyed and leaving and being attentive and give new players a fun experience so they wish to stay more and increase our population.

god: provide god mode
hp: set the hp for myself or someone else
jail: jails someone mis-behaving
noclip: triggers noclip colission for yourself

goto: sends you to another player (both could be considered part of TP so they might not count)
armor: sets armor for myself or someone
blind: puts a blindfold on someone
strip: strips the equipment of someone
slap: the good ol reliable to slap someone
help: to show the help menu
What is In character and what is Out of character?
IC [In Character] are words and/or actions that your current character does during important moments in events, or role-playing actions according to your character EX. [RP] Lucario injects 3 cc's of morphine into the patient to lessen the pain. Afterwards, proceeds to disinfect the wound.
OOC [Out Of Character] are moments/actions/words that we share outside of the Halo RP world, like chatting with friends about what happened during downtime hours, where did they went to eat last time, and stuff similar to that, that does not interfere with the role-playing world in the slightest.

What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
To brainstorm and put into action event ideas for the server to enjoy, aiming to entertain and bring a good time to both veteran and new players, encouraging them to come back for the next event, hoping to get more fun out of it.

The UNSC recieved a very odd transmission in the open channels, the signal isnt that hard to decypher, a URF colony broadcasting a message to anyone who can hear, its clearly a distress call but why is it on the open channels?
The message comes through and the distress call gets desperate by the second, URF command on a planetary dwarf planet tried to experiment with flood forms, to implant them neural signals to only attack UNSC milita and its likelyhood; after a containment breach went horribly wrong, the last remaining forces on the dwarf planet system plea for help from anyone hearing the distress signal with promises of keeping everything the base has in its storage in exchange of saving their poor asses.
Its a clean and cut scenario, the URF are suffering for their actions, we have no need to save them from a problem they caused, but the intel located inside the base could prove useful to locate more of their colonies and whatever weapons they have in their hands. If this is a trap, its a very well camouflaged one for sure.
The event will take place in flatgrass with fog surrounding it, with multiple installations on the surrounding area, there will be 3 URF contacts battling for their lives in 2 buildings close to each other, the mission is to rescue the HVTs located inside the base, as well as scavenge whatever resources they have in the compounds, with enough planning, the event would turn into enemies turned allies with a common enemy, as they fight their way back to the LZ with the URF command as hostages. The teams will be divided into 3.
Marines and ONI will be in charge of extracting all the info in the terminals located in 1 building across the landscape, Marine corps will provide cover from the swarming enemies as the ONI squad decyphers the info extracted, this will contain a map for the nearby URF colonies in the galactic system, as well as the location of Nukes located in the compound to blow up the dwarf planet before the flood forms can contaminate other nearby planets.
Naval and ODST will be in charge of the rescue team, as they get sent to the recovery of the HVTs in multiple buildings, ODST providing cover and assist from the outside as Naval Ground Forces breach in, and secure the hostages.
Spartans, Freelancers and Army will be in charge of loading any weaponry they find in the nearby area, as well as securing some vehicles that the URF stole from UNSC a while back. Hopefully for this, i can get a couple of those Spartan/Freelancer flying vehicles that they always use but i still dont remember the name of, and use said flying vehicles to return all the ammo crates and the munitions back to ship.
If the ONI timing is correct, they will direct the Spartans/Freelancers/Army squad to the location of the nukes that will be triggered once everyone is safe aboard the ship. As well as being able to take some back with them, only 1 or 2 nukes will be enough for detonation.
