Maddox's Removal as Manager Post

Well time has come ladies and gentlemen. Upper management has removed me from G.M. Its been a great year preforming as a general manager. I have been a Gamemaker, a Admin, SA, HA, and GM. I have punished the wicked and helped the good. I have seen many former G.Ms, E.Ls, S.Ds, and even CEOs pass during my time here. Out of the year of being a G.M, I have missed 2 staff meetings. I do not blame anyone for my removal, I wish to go in peace knowing I gave my time and effort to maintain this server, with the help of Harsh, William, and other management. I want to say thank you to everyone. Thank you to William and King Harsh for giving me the opportunity of becoming the longest lasting General Manager in Revival Servers history. Who ever gets the G.M position, I hope for them to be the leader I once was. I know, some are excited for my removal and some are ready to pack up and leave. Do not be alarmed, do not hate anyone or try to leave the server because of this. Continue on, on halo and do not let my hard work go to waste. I might hop on server, time to time. For all Halo Staff, treat the new G.M as if it were me, for the betterment of Halo's staff team.

So the day has finally come never thought I'd actually see you leave but I guess it's that time you've come along way from being the ODST that fucked up his drop on the final phase of the tryouts and failed (which is the easiest part btw) to being a SOS eliteyboy to being the best ODST commander to being the edgy Spartan through these times there was a lot of great times and great memes the community has lost a great GM and it's sad to see you go but everything you've done will not be forgotten see you around.

Didnt get to know you much, but your work on the server always impressed me with how much you did. Hope you have good times.

Spartans Never Die. That doesn't ring true to Maddox, no. He was more. A lot more. He meant everything, something to strive to get better for. I remember that first time becoming an ODST, being intimidated by Maddox's voice and tone, shouting "I'LL NEVER GIVE UP!" during the climbswep course and I never did throughout the tryout. I only left the first time from ODSTs because I felt like I was dragging them down at the time. I remember Maddox telling me he wanted me back, and telling him no not at the time. I never told him it was because I wanted to improve my RP skills before rejoining. I eventually did as a Tombstone rifleman one week before he retired from ODSTs and Rush taking over, soon thereafter retiring as well handing lead to Andrew. From there, I still worked to be better than I once was, going to Staff Sergeant in the ODSTs before life took hold of things and being forced to resign.
