Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): My name is Evan and i'm 17 years old. I work hard at everything I do including school and take the role play of the server seriously. I’m attending college this year so my activity is slowly shifting more towards being a player and being very active on the forums. I believe I am responsible and honest in the things I do and will be able to bring some new energy to the team. Although I do take some classes on the weekends so depending on their timing I may miss one or two TS meetings but other than that I am very active and and supportive person.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I really do miss the forum staff team. I missed them enough to stay in the staff discord because it was fun and I want being disruptive. We have lots of forum staff but it can always be good to have another set of eyes on the forums, making sure that nothing bad is going on and that the community remains civil in their threads. I had fun with it before but had to resign on good terms but I definitely would like to come back and I know I said I would be coming back soon so this might not be a surprise.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I can bring another set of eyes like I spoke about before. I have experience with Revivals players, staff setting and all of the forum rules as well as have being trained by Cadet in the past for this exact job. I can bring civility and I’m decent at mediating arguments as well as diffusing angered people. The last thing I can bring is just a fun guy to be around and someone that you don’t have to stress will abuse power or talk about you behind your back as well as my general love for the revival community.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): I am ex-forum staff so I know the ins and outs of all of the things that I can do as staff as well as I know a lot of players in the community so I can have more comfortable conversation with them about things. I have never been seen being mean in my time on revival and all of the things I do on the server and the forums are by the book and allow the community to continue their fun

How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): Every morning and all afternoon mostly as well as during some of my more relaxed classes and breaks during the day and then past 10pm EST I will be on.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes): I'm currently attending college
How active will you be on the community’s TS?: Decently active when I am on the server and for meetings and stuff I’m going to try my best to be there every weekend.

Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended): First off I ask all of the parties to be civil about their discussion or depending on the thread to leave +1/-1 instead of arguing. Then I would ask them to clarify and keep to the facts about their argument. Last part is to help them find middle ground or to prevent escalation and keep a close eye to stop them from doing it again.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended): Depending on the severity of the profanity, i would warn them after I delete the message or post that was bad. I would then bring it up with someone with more power and experience and ask them if they think that further action should be taken to make sure they do not say those things again. Also time them out from the shoutbox if that is where they sent it.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended): I would first contact a more powerful member of the forum staff to get their terrible messages out of the shoutbox and possible warns and timeout if they continue. I would then have to make a formal report on what happened and bring it to their superiors for their own review of it and then take what they decide and make it happen on our end of the forums.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended: First I have to get evidence of the harassment like PM’s and such or if it was just on a thread. Then contact the person who is harassing and tell them that it is inappropriate and that if they continue they will receive punishment such as warnings or maybe even a temporary ban depending on how severe it was. If it was myself getting harassed, I would contact a higher member of forum staff with evidence of it because I know I can not take my own cases and punish them. I would have to have to communicate my side of the story to the other forum staff to get the best outcome for both of us.
P.S.: If you did not realize yet, I was PigsOnBoats on the sever and forums but my name has been changed to Malice on both of those. Annnndd you should take my discord staff tags today because I shouldn't be there if you discuss anything.
Also: I had just found some inappropriate things and felt that rush of what it feels like to help the forums and lunar.
