Tell us About Your-self(50+ Words, No Less): Myself, I am an open minded and understanding person that likes the outdoors and many other things. I like following orders( so in the future i become a police officer) some other things are is that I'm transgender. If i ever do something wrong i own up to it and i would like to fix it. I don't do stuff for no reason. The reason why I'm applying to become tmod on this server is that i fell in love with it right when i logged in and i want to protect it and see it grow.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I think that I'm a better candidate for Tmod then other candidates that are applying for tmod because I have experience with handling problems within a server like ( Player problems, Abusing players, disrespect or racism players, etc) and i am also willing to learn other things to befit the server if it is needed for the server. Also, I think I'm a better candidate than other because the power does not go to my head like some, I am there to help players and help them have an enjoyable time while they are playing on the server.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words, No Less): I plan to Benefit the server by keeping it safe and helping and watching it grow. I will also make sure that everyone in the server is having fun and they're not having any problems with anything and if they have a problem i would try to help and if i cant i would ask a higher up to help that player.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): The way that i stand out from others is that I'm open-minded and I'm willing to learn and try to do everything that i can. I can work with others and i do not mind it at all. Some other ways why i stick out is that i willing to learn anything other things that the server staff may ask of me.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A player is with other players and all the players are in roleplay and something happens to the player game and that causes the player to ask for people in the game to help him with is game so this person would be breaking Roleplay for everyone around him or her. How i would handle this is i would Pm the player or Bring the player to me and tell them not to break roleplay because it can ruin the other players fun around them and tell them to use OOC.

"the first thing that i would do is that i would go to the player ( !Goto >name<) and if i saw that player just shooting or did shot and kill a player i would !freeze >name< and then i would then bring that player to a less populated area and bring anyone that was involved ( Anyone that was killed by the player During The Random DeathMatch) and Then i would ask that player their side of their story and they ask the other they i would punish the rdmer.
