Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am a 17-year-old male who was born in North Carolina. From there I moved to New Jersey and then to Ohio where I am now, and will be moving to South Carolina in 3 days. I like to hike, to mountain bike, to swim, and a goal I have is to climb the highest mountain in every state. The main hobby I have that does not involve the outdoors is gaming. That's about it.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): In-game time is probably close to 2 or 3 weeks.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am a better candidate for staff than most as I am very active, have had high staffing positions on other servers, and can remain calm in stressful situations. As stated before I am usually on at least a few hours a day in total. Also, there are times when I might be the only staff on and everything is going wrong, that is where being able to handle stressful situations comes in. I can stay calm while attempting to handle the situation at hand. Due to my previous staffing experience, I know most of, if not all of the ULX commands. On top of that, I know how to handle most situations.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): For one, night staff seem to be a rare commodity on every server I have played on and from what I have seen this server is no different. I can be contacted/get on any time really as the only times when I am not available are times during the day, however, I am applying for night staff not day staff. I also believe my former staffing experience will greatly benefit the team.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I have been high ranking staff on other servers, including staff on some Revival servers. I am calm and laid back so emotion would not cloud my judgment and I would not be biased in certain situations. I don't really think of staffing on a server as a job like others might, I enjoy staffing as it gives you a break from all the RP and allows you to kinda just sit on the sidelines and watch what is happening. Another big thing is the lack of recruits that get trained, I do not like seeing this so if recruits need training I will make SURE to find someone to. If no one can train, I will train them myself.

Explain what minging is: Minging is when you do or say something that your character would not do/say in RP.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Let's say UNSCMC PVT Bolobo is in the center of the base and buys a tip jar. From here he proceeds to pretend to be a homeless person and begs for money whilst playing music through his mic. This is not something that someone in a UNSC military base would do. I would warn him and gag him for mic spam for about 5 minutes. If he continues I would kick him.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Doing anything intentionally that prevents an RP situation from happening; Breaking cuffs if arrested or using weapons or comms if they have been stripped from you.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Bolobo's friend named Polobo gets on the server and proceeds to shoot a marine. He is stripped of weapons and put in cuffs. Polobo breaks from the cuffs, pulls out his weapon, and shoots the MPs. Polobo and the person who placed the ticket would be brought to a private location. I would get both sides of the story and seeing Polobo was in the wrong here and he would be warned. Polobo failRPs again and is kicked, if he gets on and does it again he would receive a ban for the appropriate amount of time.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): After receiving bans for their repeated offenses, Polobo and Bolobo are back. However, this time they have a different goal. Instead of trolling they plan to try and kill as many people as possible. They hop on their marines and proceed to kill and almost kill 15 people. They would both be brought and frozen so they don't try and shoot me in the sit. I would bring a witness and ask him what happened, after getting all the evidence and knowing their history they would both receive a permaban for mass rdm.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is when you intentionally upset people and disrupt the environment by disrespecting others or constantly failrping/mingeing.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Well, everything that Polobo and Bolobo did in this hypothetical scenario could be considered trolling. They intentionally failrp'd and minged, once punished they came back on in an attempt to make people mad by killing them. Usually trolling will be a mix of everything, so they would be punished in according with what they did. Starting with a warn and then progressing from there.

OOC: Out of Character, anything that is done out of RP. Making a joke about an OOC incident in the OOC chat.
IC: In Character, anything that is done in RP. You request for a weapon in the armory through the radio.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would bring them to a private location and tell them to stop, and if it happens again they will receive a harsher punishment. For example; Someone disrespects a Spartan in OOC chat, that Spartan then PKs the player for that. This is not allowed. The PK would be reversed, both parties would be warned, and if it happened again they would be kicked.
