Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I live in SouthEastern USA, In Georgia, around the Savannah Area. I hope to get into MI in the Air Force and go to Valdosta University for ROTC. I am currently in my third year of Air Force Junior Reserve Officers Training Corp and my second year of the Civil Air Patrol. I also work on the weekends at a place called Jim 'n Nicks. Great barbecue.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am a better candidate than others due to my familiarity with current Halo Management and pretty much everyone on the server. I am well known and have been given many responsibilities due to my work on the server. Although I may not be able to be on every living second, I am well experienced in handling cases, definitely difficult ones. I tend to get irritated when cases just sit there, so I usually just nab 'em and handle it. I can be a little quick with cases, but I always try to resolve it properly.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by spending my time to answer questions for new and current players, and to do my best in handling situations that are required of me. I ,of course, will defer to those above me if I need help in something, I am not one to question authority and resist being told to do something. If I am needed for something, tell me, and I will get right to it.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others because of my integrity and my willingness to do what needs to be done, no matter the case. I know how this job works, and I can do it well. My irritation from sitting cases tend to make me stand out since I can get a little naggy when it sits there. Which is why I claim it before it sits there for too long. Quick and Simple.

Explain what minging is: Minging is repeatedly infringing upon server rules and disrespecting other users
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): When it comes to minging I tend to get to the issue and deal with it. If a Marine was running around and screaming, I simply tend to gag, jail, and kick. Quick and Simple. Things can get more complicated of course, whatever is required, is required.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRp is Failure to Roleplay properly, as we are a Serious RP server. This would be related to users purposefully doing something contrary to the lore or rules of the server dealing with RP.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): For FailRP, If it was an accident, I explain to them how it works and I give them a verbal warning, as long as they are polite. If it was on purpose, I tell them to take it seriously and will usually kick them. Depending on severity it can get worse of course.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): With RDM, Accidental gets a verbal warn. On Purpose they get a day to three day ban. A lot of the times there is a Full PK involved also.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is purposely messing with people to get them riled up,
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I hate trolling. So usually they get kicked for being immature. Such as a user tricking new users by telling them lies about something. They would get kicked for misleading and trolling the new users.

Explain what OOC and IC is(Give a situation in detail):
OOC: Out of Character- IRL related or non RP talk.
IC: In Character- Something RP related and that is kept in accordance with the server rules.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): They would be warned, and if it goes into severity, They would both be kicked or worse. Many times the OOC matters will interfere with other players also, that is when iy must be stopped quickly.
