Broom - Wooden handle, bristles on the end.
Dustpan - Sticky stuff stuck on the inside.
That sawdust stuff janitors put on vomit - Smells weird
Mop - Usual mop, doesn't look very clean.
Mop bucket - Industrial mop bucket. Complete with four wheels (one of them kinda gummed up so its hard to steer), faded paint, mop ringer, and everything.
Janitor uniform - Faded blue jumper with plenty of stains, name patch on the right, fits kinda loose on him.

Anatoly was born in a small town in Northeastern Russia called Batagay. Winter was cold, summer was cold too. He went to school like any normal kid, except he was known for being a bit of a slacker. Once he got out of his government mandated education he came right back to be a janitor at the school he went to. Spending his free time drinking and watching TV mostly. There he was like any normal school janitor. Kind of creepy, always staring at young girls in the school, smelt like cigarettes, and so on. Eventually after a few years there he was caught watching porn while on the job and got fired.
After this he went to jail a few times for some petty crime and other sleezy shit, before going off world to the only place he liked other than Russia; Omega. Once he got on the station he got a job pretty quickly as a janitor at one of the local clubs. Working jobs here and there as a sleezy janitor on Omega. He hated the living conditions but didn't have enough money to move back to earth, so he decided to look for some work on a ship. After awhile, he heard about a Merc company called New Eden who was hiring for such a position.
Eventually hired after the ship realized they were in need of dedicated janitorial personnel, he was happy to get off of the station to enjoy a stable gig on a space ship. He couldn't wait to get back to the job he loved- mopping floors and looking busy.
What is your characters goal aboard the ship? Why were they hired by New Eden? : New Eden was in need of janitorial assistance on their ship, Anatoly was in need of employment, so when he applied he was accepted and contracted to serve on the ship exclusively as a janitor. No field deployment. His goal is to simply keep the ship super clean.
