Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words): The reason why im a better canidate is because I have experience doing events from my own server. I know what makes events fun,boring and difficult at sometimes and how to balance that to create a fun experience for the user during that event. Im also not afraid to do an event as it seems some of the gm's dont do events because they are worried about getting bad rep from the community if the event is bad and im more available than most of the gm's currently here.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words): By making fun simple events that can give everyone some enjoyment and a good time on the server. Also I would make events a little bit more frequent as we usually are able to have 2-3 events in one day with about 3-4 hours passing by during each event and the marines and most people in general will start to act mingy. Give one example and how you would deal with it as a GM: If a GM said Im spawning NPCS can everyone please wait, and someone radios in that their are civies in the area that is counted as failrp and I would ask the person that said it to stop, and tell everyone to ignore it, if it continued I would get a staff member to deal with the situation

Give one example and how you would deal with it as a GM: If another player was constantly messing/harrasing another player and no other staff member was dealing with it, I would tell them to stop and if they continued I would get a staff member to deal with the situation as gm's arent really allowed to deal with things like this

Tell us About Your-self: Im 15 years old and its my second year of highschool I got into a "magnet" program and in there I learn how to design games. My dream job is to become a game designer as I have always loved playing games since I was little (Yeah, I know it sounds super "corny") or you know compete in esl (cs:go) not as a job though.

What Does a GM do?: A Gm's job is to create fun,exciting events that also add story to the server for the players to enjoy

Give us a Event Idea you Have(In Detail, Max 3 paragraphs): A phantom (not sos) goes down by the SoS Base, SoS start to investigate and find a elite named Anuu Zevalt aboard the phantom. He claims that he has data from the covenant and wants to join/help the SoS as he has seen the prophets lies if the SoS take him in they will look through the data he had and find a Covenant occupied storage facility that houses weapons, vehicles for the covenant the SoS share the data with the UNSC and we begin to collaborate an attack against the covenant (briefing)
After the briefing we will go to the planet that has the Covenant storage facility on it and begin the raid, it will be Spartans and marines leading the main force, they will have to secure a FoB near the facility. The SoS will be going in to secure any covenant vehicles and weapons, ONI will be securing any data found.
When the facility is fully secured a covenant force will show up and try to reclaim the facility back if they are successful in reclaiming the facility the UNSC/SoS will be forced off to retreat from the planet gaining nothing from the raid. If the UNSC/SoS are successful in defending the facility we will receive data about nearby facility's like this. (For a future event we can go to a facility like this)

As a game maker do you believe you have the right to do a Staff's Job such as banning,kicking, having a staff sit. If "YES" tell us why, if "NO" also tell us why.: No, GM's are meant to be making events, there should never be a time where during a event a staff member is not online and a GM has to deal with a player issue.

Note: As a GameMaker, you are expected to make your events flexible, as players are a key factor for events, when players do something that alters or changes the original event plan, you are expected to Conform to what they did and work with it.And not to Deny what they did and force them to do exactly what you want, despite the fact you cant control them.
