MTF Subsections

What Forum? (BE SPECIFIC General forums, advisory board, servers, etc.): SCP

What is it for?:

Organizing the threads and documents within the MTF section.

Have you gotten permission from the GM+?(If so who?):

I checked with @Howdoon and he said we were good.

Name of the subsections:

"Important Documents", "Raid/Interrogation Logs", "Announcements", and "Intelligence Database".

If possible "Raid/Interrogation Logs" could be the old "MTF Raid Logs" section but renamed and moved to the MTF section.
