While distressed I join this server the events are amazing, and the CQC FFAs are a lot of fun... It's all fun everything about it-... that's until the first training I went through I don't know if it was a mistake coming to the training as distressed as I was but-... I never and I mean never have had my anxiety and stress go up the roof to the point where I seriously feel like I'm about to face an attack, with twenty marines yelling at a combat simulation trying to yell louder than others and when you attempt to tell them to stop yelling you are told to shut the fuck up, and when people are making all plans at once but not agreeimg to any of them or being yelled at by someone that sounds like a corrupt car salesman trying to sell you are car which wasn't Razor but it was the SGT that was there. Everything was chaotic and nothing was working and it was an entire seizure going on. After it ended I went to the CQC room doing FFA depressed until someone finally suggested I should get off for the night, and I've never been told to get off the server for something like that. I do these experience threads because HaloRP is new to me, and I just want most to see what it feels like to be in the view of a new player coming to HaloRP currently unlike yesterday I'm not excited for tommorow. @DaBeast you really broke me on this one. I forgot to say this but I understand SeriousRP and how trainings are suppose to be hard I know that I'm not asking anything to be changed I'm just telling how I reacted.

I apologize for the hecktic training that goes on at times, it typically comes down to who is conducting it. currently there is a standard under works for these trainings as well as a controlled ‘make your own plan’ portions that are shorter and to the point. we’re working to implement more structure, but in the end that comes to NCOs caring enough to abide by the rules when no one is around to watch them. Thank you for taking the time to post this, it helps further future quality in leadership
