There is barely any longer a happy spot in Halo that I use to have, a comfortable zone I could live in. There is now just anxiety bubbles, and a lot of distaste to this and it's not really the server it's the Marine faction a faction that feels less of a starter faction and more of a pain in your neck that the server is forcing you to leave the faction or else you are punished detrimentally. That is correct I feel as if this server is forcing you to not like a faction, and that is the faction you start as immediately when you leave spawn it's "Join this!" and "Join that!" when I want to stay committed because I didn't see what was wrong with marines at first-... until I look at how we are trained-... @DaBeast I'm sorry to say this but as Chief Warrant Officer who leads the training it seems like you've built marines from the ground up with false hope and ignorance which is why people choose quickly to leave Marines not because nothing happens but the people you are led by and the people around you treat like something but really they treat you like nothing. They give you this false sense of security that you can do anything to new players like me, and list what past marines have accomplished they expect new players to say "I want to be like him!" when really from what I've been saying and most have been saying we are surronded by agents with one shot kill limits, ONI with mass amounts of armor, and Spartans with a variety in skill sets and we are forced to fight them in both CQC because you have nothing else of experiencing to do on the ship other than CQC the textsvreen next to the door says "You're not forced to enter CQC." when really you think about it-.. you really are forced to enter the CQC or sit AFK waiting for something to happen and then the other which is worse we are forced to fight agents in trainings and use this idea of "teamwork" which is supposedly how is taught by rather instead of morally and common sense it's taught by who can yell the loudest and can insult the hardest and then Razor list on the past marine accomplishments which establish pressure, and false hope on new marines then the next day their morale is killed and they leave marines. I realize that people leave marines because marines teach a false sense of security and hope. Which when I could've been doing tryouts instead I wanted to stay committed to marines but instead you are being slapped in the face and treated less for your skills and expected more from the past marine accomplishments. The ignorance of that everyone has different learning styles and speed is cut off with a "I know that!" but driven off in training with "These marines did this to a agent." so that tells me you don't know that because you're comparing different learning speeds, and styles to fresh people who haven't been given a chance to show their sets of skills because their set of skills are not matched with the tedious every single day marines vs agents training. I left SCP for an experience, and I stayed in marines to set off an example sadly the only example I can set for you is that this what a guy who had a set of skills but was told to follow a different set and go by the same example of what a few past marines can do compared to what I could do, I gave you an example of a trying failure. The SeriousRP and Events are probably now the only things keeping me on the server now if you got any suggestions or supportive messages please post them, anything helps.
