Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Well, I've been on this server for nearly three years. I am openly trans, I have been staff on Revival I think three times now along with Forum Admin. I am currently a senior in Highschool. I am a proud Canadian. Once I graduate I plan to go into cooking school along with slowly waiting for my boyfriend to propose haha. I am a lover all things food, I can honestly talk for hours just about food from around the world. My favourite types are Southern soul food, and Japanese food I just find their dishes delicious.

How will your activity be on the server? I am online typically over 10 hours a week, easily closer to 15 hours a week but I don't keep track.

Otherwise, I am very active. My hours are on weekdays, 4pm-12am. Weekends are at any time.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I personally believe that I am a far better candidate than other pending candidates as I have plenty more experience than the average applier. Seeing as I have nearly three years of experience and most of that time I was staff anywhere from Trial Mod all the way to Senior Admin. I am very used to dealing with minges and your typical fare in HaloRP. Along with being Senior Admin before I was frequently on my staff on duty role whenever possible without conflicting with my regular life.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the Revival Halo Roleplay server with my loyalty to my duties. Along with my ability to stay calm in heated situations, I believe that I can greatly benefit Revival once more as Staff. I am rather comfortable with ULX which can come in handy when it comes to working on Duty as staff. I also have a history with Revival which personally I find interesting seeing as I have proven my skills twice before both as an Admin and a Senior Admin.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others mainly due to my history on the server, as I have been on Revival for nearly three years now. (Don't remember when I joined but it's nearly three years ago now.) I am also rather popular amongst certain groups on HaloRP, seeing as I'm well known for my strict brutal training. Saying this makes me sound like some sort of hardass but I am actually a rather sensitive understanding person, capable of dealing with all sorts of issues related to Revival.

Explain what minging is: Minging is the act of purposefully breaking character to cause havoc or attract attention. Typically this is speaking poorly towards other ranked members or generally goofing off.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): I would give the minging player a verbal warning the first time after witnessing it/being called for it. If they persist I will !warn them with the description minging. If they STILL persist through three warnings I will poke a higher up to either kick or Ban depending on the situation. Preferably Kick rather than ban but of course, some situations call for drastic actions.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is the act of breaking character in some form whether small or large it is still heavily frowned upon. FailRP is like having a big hulking character like Carti, and then him just breaking character dropping his voice and discussing IRL matters in the middle of a mission.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If I am told about FailRP I do a rather similar format for dealing with FailRP as I do with Minging, they typically go hand in hand. I'd verbally warn the player once or twice if they continue to FailRP and ruin the experience for others I will issue a server warning. If the warnings rack up to three they will be kicked from the server.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM is in the title, Random Murder. RDM is the heavily frowned upon the act of killing another player without any rhyme or reason to the matter. This is very common in new marines who are incredibly bored so they decide to just gun down their fellow man and are typically dealt with within seconds of the crime.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): RDM warrants an immediate Staff Sit, which is taking the player in question along with any victims to the attack and freezing them all in order to get the story straight. Once this is complete and the Player who committed the crime is found guilty they will be either kicked or banned depending on the severity of the crime. There is no excuse for RDM. Except for people with kits where the first thing they load in with is grenades/other weapons of mass destruction (Seriously this happens more than you think please look into fixing that junk if possible

These kinds of people are common amongst the "Look I have A gmod youtube channel" people of Gmod. They are common, they all find Trolling hilarious dispite it just making them look foolish and immature.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A newly trained marine is mentioning master chief often and begging to become a spartan like master chief. Or something on the lines of that to get on the more serious players nerves. After noticing this or being called in for a Sit. I would verbally warn the Troll and threaten them with further punishments if it continues. If the Troll continues their acts I will server warn them and mention it to higher staff that they are trolling. If they continue past then they will be kicked for trolling players and ruining a lot of players experiences for that time.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give a situation in detail): Two marines are arguing over how one of them was accepted to ODST and the other was not. They whine and fight back and forth how the one that was denied deserved it more than the one who got accepted and they take to IC pulling rank on each other and threatening to attack each other.
Once I catch wind of this I quickly pull them to an admin sit and make them talk it out. I'll issue a verbal warning to both and a warning that if this keeps up there will be serious consequences.
