Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am a Scotsman and a proud one at that, Anyway i have played on the server alot due to the fact of all the good times i have had but i have been on alot of LOA's in my time due to my Medical conditions that i will happily go into more detail if needed but anyway i am a very determined person and wanting to succeed in what i love doing and i am whiling to accept any challenge that comes my way no matter how hard it will be.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): i would say nearly 3 years with LOA's but without LOA's i would say over a Year.
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: I have never been a minge.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)):I was apart of Moonshine RopePlay before all the Staff started just stealing money and me and a few other that where not in on it tried to fix what was done but sadly the damage was done and the server died like 2 weeks later due the community giving all the staff shit on it because of the damage. I was a Head Admin in this server.

Have you ever been banned from any Revival servers? If so, why?I have not been banned before.
How will your activity be on the server? I will try and be in nearly everyday i can unless i become medically ill or have to go away on a camp with the Royal Marine Cadets.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff):Mon-fri at least 3 hours at most 5-6 (Each day)
Sat-Sun 8+ hours per day depending on work times and this might drop abit due to work.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):I feel like i am a better Candidate was i have the will power and i am very determined to make sure the server is a good experience as it can be for the community and i will make sure to be fair with each case i need to deal with but i will be very strict and straight to the point if i need to as well.On top of this i have read alot of the halo novels nearly them all and i have done alot of research on the halo lore as well so i feel like i have a good understanding of the Halo Lore as a whole.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I intend of benefiting the server by using my past knowledge from being a Head Admin with in Moonshine to make sure that experience for the player is at a high standard so they can get the most enjoyment out the server as they can as i understand that this server is escape for them and it is something that needs to be understood and respected. On top of this not abusing my powers as a Staff member as we are the faces of the server not saying that anyone does just stating that i will not.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I feel like i stand out from because i way i treat people around me and depending in the scenario i can treat it very differently if someone us upset or wants to talk to me privately i am a very good listener and will give some help or advice to the best i can even if the scenario is very bad but if it's people shouting and screaming over each other i will make sure i am heared and that they should tone it down before it gets even more out of hand but over all i try and keep a level head as much as i can when dealing with people like that and not be worse than the player that is shouting abuse.

4.!armour - Gives player Armour in game so they are abit more resident to damage until the armour is gone
5.!strip - This strips a player all of the weapons and equipment

Explain what minging is: When someone is being very Anti roleplay (basically not doing what there role does in game, Disrespect, Swearing and and not following orders).
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):Let say someone si Mic spamming and lets say this is blowing into there mic purposely then i would start out with a warning in this case and if they stopped then we would conintue on as normal but if he started again i would then say ok mate i gave you a warning so I am going to kick you and come back when you are going to stop have a nice day mate. If the person came back ones again and kept doing it then i would ban them for about 1-3 days (I would make sure that the player knows that before i kick them i would say that the next time it will be a ban)
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP FailRP is when some breaks the boundaries of lore or doesn't roleplay for example a URF member uses private comms giving away there position but a Marine comes up to the URF members and shoots him dead. This si a clear example of FailRP due the fact that the Marine can not hear Private comms from URF members at all (This is also called Metagaming).
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):the Situation is that a ODST has been captured by a URF member and has been stripped of his weapons and comms but the ODST member is on TS with the rest of his team and then he starts telling them that he has been captured by URF forces and tells them where they are at this point it is FailRP for the ODST to tell his team members that he has been captured or even if he does his team and if they jumped on comms and said that ODST John has been captured by URF force and is at this location this action would get voided and i would then teleport to the player and ask them how they knew about there member being captured as he was stripped of weapons and comms. At this point if the player starts arguing and lies then he would be kicked for FailRP and i would let him know next time it is a ban for 3-5 days, If the player told me honestly i woulg give him a warning and that would be the end of the Scenario.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDMing (Random Death Match) Happens whe a player kills after player without any reasoning for Example killing people that are doing PT because they are finding it hard to understand this would be classed at RDM or even killing soemone because they sound really young.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): So a new Recruit has just been trained and has been put into Zulu lets call him PVT Nick and he goes running outside the bunks and kills 4 other Marines that are talking outside the bunks at this point i would Freeze Nick and bring him to the top of the station and then i would tell the Nick that we do not tolerate RDMing in this server and you will be getting banded due to this and how i normally this is by each player that they kill is 2 days worth so by killing 4 player they would get a 8 day ban from this.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is when someone deliberately is trying to frustrate other player and getting them to react to them and maybe even try and get them banned from the server.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A Situation of Trolling lets say a New player Joins and starts Harassing his CO that is a younger player in the server and try to get him banned from the server or or even to just get him to start shouting swearing at the player that is trolling. when i get the report that this is happening i would pull the new player aside and tell them to stop doing this to the player as we do not tolerate this with this server and if kept doing this i would either Kick or ban if depending on the situation.

OOC:
OOC (Out Of Character) is when you can talk about what is happening in your life outside of roleplay and tell stories that you can have a good laugh with.

IC (In Character) This is when everything you say do or how you treat people is done in cannon wise for our Example Halo and this will reflect how you character would react in lore wise.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would get the two players away from each other ask them about what is going on and to calm down and stop this and if they have a problem with each other OOC wise they should talk about OOC wise not IC wise as it can ruin everyone's time on the server if the do not do stop this in game then i would go and start escalating the punishment if needed.
