Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Hi, my name is Seth though most of you will know me as Obibo. I am 16 years old and I like to spend a lot of my time playing video games and having fun with friends. I am also in a scout troop and I like to do a lot of camping and hone my outdoors skills. I also like to staff a lot of events within scouting such as leadership camp. I generally consider myself level headed and I rarely will let frustration get the better of me. I am a big fan of Sci-Fi and Fantasy (Star Wars, Halo, Fallout, Skyrim, etc.) I discovered GMod a little less than 2 years ago and since then I have sunk around 2k hours into the game. I like to help people out however I can and I really hope that this will turn out to be another way I can help.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am generally a level headed person. I always like to do my best to help out and I don't consider myself a complainer. I have a decent amount of experience staffing, building, and forming friendships in gmod. I am always happy to teach people and offer my assistance to others. I usually have pretty good judgement but i'm not afraid to ask for help if I need it. I'm honest, and if I mess up, I own up to my mistakes and correct them for next time.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by being an approachable, helpful, and clear minded staff member that can and always will be there when needed. I would like to help enforce the rules of Revival Servers while still being fun and engaging. I would also like to help around by building things, assisting the game makers and any other Mods that need it.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I always will try my hardest even when the odds are stacked against me. If someone asks me to do something, I will do my best to complete the task no matter how hard it is or no matter how low the chances of success are. Sometimes this can be a strength and sometimes it has always been a part of me.

Explain what minging is: Minging is messing around (sometimes within RP rules) to an extent that can ruin others' immersion.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): It depends on the extent of the minging. It's important not to ruin others' fun however if they are ruining others' experiences, there are a few ways it can be handled. The way I like to deal with an offense like this is to start off by talking with the offender. It's always best to solve these offenses by talking it out and trying to see where they're coming from and why the're doing it. If they aren't receptive, that is when you move on to being more authoritative. Start off small. Tell them if they don't cooperate you may have to kick/warn them. If you do so and it goes out of your control, you bring it to a higher admin.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP can come in many forms. Common forms are refusing punishment, Ruining immersion, Power RP, Force RP, and outright breaking the established RP regulations.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): It's always best to start with a simple warning. tell them what they did, why it was wrong, and tell them not to do it again.
If they repeat, give them a warn or kick depending on severity.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would start out by mediating from a neutral standpoint to see if i can help them resolve it. if that doesnt work, I would kick them both to give them some downtime from the server so they can calm down.
