Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): School is currently on so I won't be on for the US times of midday but when I get on its usually 7pm+ on the server time (3pm for me, hence why I, trying for night staff).
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I'm a 16 year old student who lives in Australia, NSW. I'm almost at the end of my schooling years and I currently don't have a part time job. I've obviously played all the Halos and I'm a big fan of pop culture stuff. I've been playing on this server for a good year or so and I have enjoyed my time from start to now, the people are great and it's never really boring. I've decided to apply due to lack of night staff and thought I might be able to help out the server.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I believe I am more capable of staff because I have the experience, from working on previous servers that have similar rules regarding things like PAC. I'm not a hard person and I won't treat the people I'm trying to help with disrespect or an impatient persona, I've had that experience and I don't want to bring that here. I'm also very just in the way I deliver my punishments and I am never bias, something I have seen happen which I will not replicate.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server through the time zone I live in. Most admins that are on at the brink of night all leave at the same time and when that happens, every single night someone complains of no staff being on to whitelist or some minge or RDMer is roaming around, with mostly GMs on. If I have every stated flaws of the staff on this app, I'm not trying to insult anyone, I'm simply trying to say that I will not let IC or OOC matters get in the way of a just punishment, I say this so I can ensure that when I'm in a sit, I will give the people fair treatment.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I sorta stand out because I know when to act professionally and I'm not exactly an angry person. If a player starts to trash talk during a sit to me I'd rather talk to them over a kick for staff dis, and I'm sorta compassionate in a way in the sense that I'm not a dick to people, be it as a staff from my previous positions or IC and OOC.

I would tp to the marine, verbally warn him and release him, if he continues I will warn, then a kick, and if it persists afterwards then a ban for no intent to RP.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Failrp is when a player breaks RP in the attempt to be humorous or simply to piss off players.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If a human player hops into a covenant/sos vehicle during a mini event on the planet below, I would delete the vehicle, then freeze the player. I would verbally warn him for Failrp and release him, if he continues I will kick and then a ban if he continues furthermore.

I would verbally warn the Marine and have him change his name, if it continues I would warn him, kick and then ban if it escalates.

I will then suggest to continue in PMs or solve the issue here and now before returning them.
