Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): Only able to be on during the weekends (including Friday and any days on which I have no school). Never staffed before but am highly interested.

Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I've played on several gmod servers and normally get to a decent rank like SSGT or something like lead pilot. I don't like minges but I'm not a power hungry lunatic who kicks people left right and center. I'm normally laid back and never take anything too seriously unless its really important or something that requires my attention (like an event involving SW or people being jerks.)

How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): about a month.

Active on weekends and whenever there is no school.

Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): Normally Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and usually on after noon.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I feel I am a better candidate than others because of my willingness to learn and cooperate. I've not had any experience in staffing which makes me a perfect person to mold into a good staff member. I'm willing to work hard to achieve my goals and to learn from the staff team. I want to be staff to make sure everyone is having a fun time and that no one person is ruining the experience for someone else.

How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by being an active staff member and making sure no bad things are happening. There should never be any harrrasment going on and I want to make sure the new players aren't being mistreated by the veterans. On top of that, something I personally wish to fix is the amount of time new players have to wait to get trained. I thinks its a big issue as sometimes there will be five new players waiting in the spawn room and no one has gone to train them which will eventually lead them to leaving. This harms the server as one of those five people could have been the next WO or NCO.

Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others because of my relaxed demeanor and willingness to listen and understand. I know what its like being a lonely marine who gets trampled on but I also know how hard it is for game makers to make successful events. I want everyone on the server to be having a good time because after all this is supposed to be a game. I'm a determined and hard worker and am willing to take criticism and improve myself.

List (5) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,Jail,slay(Explain What They Do.)):
1. God: makes your or another player invincible
2. Ragdoll: makes a player ragdoll and act like a prop
3. Freeze: makes player freeze so they can't move or do anything.
4. Strip: removes item from a player
5.Ignite: sets people on fire.

Explain what minging is: Minging is purposely breaking rules to entertain yourself. An example of this is RDM, the player knows its wrong but does it anyway because its "fun".

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): An event has just ended and people are now all in debrief. A marine is late and enters with no bodygroups and his gun off safety. The marine looks around and is fidgety. Eventually the marine begins to fire into a crowd in an attempt to ruin the debrief. I would respond by freezing the marines and then jailing. After that the marine would be banned for a few days.

Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is breaking rp and ruining immersion for other players. An example of this would be b hopping, talking about non halo stuff in an important event, and mic spam.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Soldier is running around randomly and b hopping. The soldier then starts to say random stuff while annoying other players by jumping around them. At first a warning would be enough but if he/she continues to failRP a kick will do.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM is the act of killing a person with no proper reason. If you get in an argument with someone in game and decide to kill them, that is RDM as the player you have just killed was not in a FFA or KOS.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If someone is caught RDMing a single person then a two day ban is what I would do. If they come back and RDM again but this time they kill 3 people, then a week ban is what I would give. If again they return and RDM 3 people again a 3 week ban seems good to me. Now if they come back after that and still continue to RDM I think increasing the ban time by 2 weeks per ban should be enough.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is acting dumb or doing stupid stuff to annoy others. The only thing a Troll wants to do is to annoy others. Things a troll would do would be like getting in people's way on purpose or saluting everybody they see multiple times or calling a spartan master chief.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): People are complaining about a marine calling all spartans and freelancers master chief and then telling everyone to be at ease. First a warning should be given and if the troll keeps trolling a second and final warning should be given. If they continue to troll a kick is justified and if they come back three separate times and are kicked those three times a day ban should do the trick.

Explain what OOC and IC is(Give a situation in detail):
OOC: Out of character meaning you can talk about IRL stuff and no rp is involved. Two marines discussing a new game over ooc chat is fine as it is not in character. OOC things means you can talk as yourself and not your character.
IC: In character meaning everything you say in game chat is what your character would say. This means calling a SSGT a retard in IC chat is a very poor idea as that SSGT can now give you PT for being disrespectful IC.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Someone insults another high ranking person over OOC chat. The two players cross paths in the mess hall and a heated argument breaks out. The high ranking player then decides to give serious PT to the person who insulted him. Once this argument broke out it became IC matters and the PT is justified. Staff would not need to do much as the PT should be punishment enough. If it happens again though the player who is insulting someone will be warned and no IC actions will occur to further the issue.

Neutral Member has sent multiple copy paste messages across the Revival Servers forums to boost their message count, in a quite similar fashion to that of @Dawn . Similarly also have indicated an age in their app different to that of their Forums account, go read the reply I left on Dawns application if you are curious as to what my thoughts on that is.

Situational answers are looking fine, and I have since talking / contacting the people behind the apps come to a conclusion. Best of luck to the applicant.

I have never seen him online personally but I may just not notice him. The application is very solid, quite clear he understands what it takes to be staff. I like the part he mentioned about the lack of recruits being trained because it is a very serious issue and the more staff dragging some of the slackers to train the better.
