Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): My name is Phoenix, and I was born in Honolulu Hawaii. I currently live in Oklahoma. I've graduated High school on Dec, 22 2017. I'm currently enlisted in the U.S. Army, and set to ship out on June 28th. I have 2 years of Engineering at OCCC, and I plan on getting my bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. I've been Admin on many servers including, but not limited to Icefuse Networks, BLN, Limitless Network exc. I'm experienced in events, and have loads of free time to help others conduct their events. I've been playing Gmod for around 3 years now. I just hope to improve and expand this community. I'm very excited to meet the staff team, and hopefully be apart of it.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I'm a better candidate due to me being graduated, and have so much time on my hands. I've been a GM on many servers, and I'm very experienced with setting up consistent quality events. I can set up events very fast. I also have many plans for events that will immerse players rather than just being repetitive. I'm very professional. I will always place the player's experience first. I love meeting new people, and can teach experienced GMs better ways to set up quick and entertaining events. I will never place my power over others. I love this community, and would love to do nothing more than help it grow. I will always listen to my higher ups and do what i'm told in a quick manner.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I'm on consistently, and have ideas for players to remain constantly excited. I can teach new Game Masters the ropes so the events go in a clean realistic pace that is immersive ,and not repetitive to the players. This will benefit the server significantly due to quality constant events that keep the players active. This can grow the server's player base keep great players on the server, and change mingy players to role players. I want to help the staff community so if any GM or admin is in need of anything they're not stuck figuring it out on their own. This will give an overall happier experience to players and staff alike.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others due to my timely manner to perform all tasks given to me. I love meeting new people and introducing role play experiences. I'm always on due to my free time, and tons of experience with events. I love seeing a happy server, and won't stop at anything to achieve that goal. I love to communicate with the community and give voices to players for what they would want. I never parade around my power or shun players for giving ideas. I want a live community with the community's voice being heard. I'm experienced enough to conduct events quickly and by myself. I can help others with their events/ ideas. I can also relieve stress off other new Game Masters not knowing how to conduct an event smoothly.

Explain what minging is: Minging is when a person generally isn't there to role play, and will act unfair/ towards other people. Such as not abiding by FearRP, Screaming into their mic, RDM exc.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): I would find out who is minging, bring them into a sit with the person who called it out, and find the backstory. If I saw it first offense, i would verbally warn them, but if they have done this multiple times before, I would warn them. If they keep doing it, I would kick them to get some time off and cool themselves down. If they continue to do it after, I would ban them for a few days.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: It is when a user will purposefully ruin someone's RP or break it entirely. It is when someone will break the normal rules of RP to ruin the experience for other players, like not backing down in a Fear RP situation, or stating that you're inside a game.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would bring the person into a far corner where others are not near, and the person who reported them if there is one, and tell them to stop verbally. I would also tell them to watch what they do and read the servers rules. If they are known for this type of stuff, I would kick/ban them (Depending on how bad it is).

Explain what RDM is in detail: Random Death Match is when a user will randomly kill a person for no absolute reason, using some sort of weapon they have.

Then i would bring the person/people who died and see what they want done, and what happened. If it was Mass RDM, I would ban them for a good amount of time.

If I get word that they have done this before, I would kick them for trolling other players. If they come back and keep doing it, I would tell them they are being banned for X amount of time, and when they come back to stop doing it.

OOC: Out of character, is when people are speaking our of role play. It would be like a normal conversation in real life. Ex: Someone is talking about this funny meme they saw on YouTube earlier.
IC: In character, is when people are talking like they are their actually game character. Ex: I would be on my Rhino, calling out positions of enemies so my group can have the upper hand on them.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would bring the 2 people aside, and try to figure out the issue and explain that OOC issues stay out of IC issues. If its something that I can't control, i would tell them to keep it out of the game.
